Die Unterkünfte sind in Passivhaus bauweise errichtet und sind mobile Einheiten die schnell abgebaut und woanders wieder aufgebaut werden können. Ein spannendes Bauprojekt das vielen Leuten die Möglichkeit von schön Unterkunften in Wien ermöglicht. Very well made student residence in Aspern on the area of the former airfield. The accommodations are built using the passive house method and are mobile units that can be quickly dismantled and rebuilt elsewhere. An exciting construction project that gives many people the opportunity to enjoy beautiful accommodations in Vienna.
陳	陳怡婷 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宿舍建在新市鎮Seestadt，也是地鐵U2的最終站，交通方便，鄰近超市、文具店、藥妝店、麵包店，房間是單人雅房，四人房兩衛浴一個廚房，以單人房來說，相較市區租屋便宜許多，可以在Oead官網找到 The dormitory is built in the new town of Seestadt. It is also the final station of the subway U2. It is conveniently located near supermarkets, stationery stores, drugstores and bakeries. The rooms are single-seat, four-bedroom, two-bath kitchen, single room. In terms of price, it is much cheaper than urban rented houses. It can be found on the Oead website.

P	Pearl Ewa Bianco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can tell that the place is not meant to stay (thin walls, floor gets dirty quickly, few plugs, the way the cook plate is built makes it hard to cook, the washing mashines are often broken and the dishwasher has been broken ever since December 2020). Although cheaper than some dorms, it's quite expensive for being in Seestadt. In summer it gets REALLY hot, so hot that you cannot study (which is a problem during and before exam week). Otherwise, in Seestadt there's all you need (supermarkets, bakeries, bipa, DM and a nice lake)
