Simply one of the best place to stay in Vienna for student or expatriates. Perfect location! 50 metters away of U2 metro station, Messe, university supermarket, grate park. You will find in this brand-new building a really nice burger restaurant, a fitness center and a sport shop.

Bad service, late, arrogant and unprofessional people from CAPERA Immobilien, if you have a problem you must ask a few times and maybe after you confront them and reach an absurd level they respond in an arrogant disrespectful way. I moved out 2 months ago and still did not receive my deposit back, although everything was more than ok when I gave back the room. It's very expensive, many things don't function properly, you will be ripped off! Don't go there unless you have NO OTHER choice! And there are many other choices! For the area where it is, the facilities, it is too expensive! They charge for every little possible thing!

An absolute SCAM!! I have choose one star but the the level of the service is zero. Management is arrogant and unprofessional. Apartments have many defects but they cannot be modified, the light filters from the window and no suitable curtains no blinders are provided, just to provide an example. Most important, you will never receive back your deposit.

Non-German speakers watch out for terms in your contract that you never agreed to orally in another language before signing your tenancy agreement. Even if you ask for translation of the main terms of the contract, it does not mean they will include everything relevant. They relied on such terms to keep my deposit. In addition, what they were claiming that I owed them was less than actual deposit; but in any case they kept the whole amount of the deposit, without any notification. Also - They mixed up twice my name with another tenant and were asking for payment of rent that I had already paid. No internet connection for two weeks in certain floors; when asking for explanation, they were referring us to the internet provider which does not reply if you do not speak German. 1 star just for the apartment's bathroom - it is a nice one.

Rooms are quite nice, though there's no air conditioning so one literally dies in summer. Two restaurants and gym in the building are extremely advantageous, so there's actually no need to leave the place, if one doesn't feel like doing so

If you want long story short: dream location (truly a dream!), friendly team, very modern building. It is really the good place to start living in Vienna. Minuses: relatively high price, from time to time - slow/unstable internet, and some issues you can meet in every student living. More details: Location - definitely the strong point. Nearby are U2 Krieau station, bus to the airport (and then 23 minutes to the airport), Green Prater and Donau riverside. Post Office, BIPA and Hofer accessible under the roof. Lidl, BILLA, SPAR - within 3-5 minutes walk. Shopping center in Stadion is 10 minutes walk. WU Campus with some eating places and Burger´s Bar in the building are awesome. Staff (Team) - also very helpful, when approached cosntructively. Whatever they can do - they do. Some things were not directly dependant on them - but still they tried to help as much as possible. At least i never felt alone with my problems, and Scouts themselves were creating good atmosphere. Building itself - very modern, very well thought. Generally i liked the planning and furniture of apartments and public areas. Of course, better choose the north side of the building. Among technical problems: spontaneously slow internet speed and some outages of elevators (however there are three elevators in the building and there were always some active ones). Neigbours: as i observed, the tenants are mix of students, airline staff, young professionals. Of course, there were plenty of cases, when people love to party and dont love to clean after themselves - but then the cleaning came and did their job. My neighbours were silent, i was lucky:) But i never bothered, because that is advantage of rental apartment: if you dont like neigbours, you can always switch to another apartment in the building. Finally, deposit: in my case there were no problems at all. When i was moving out, i provided european IBAN and marked my next address in Vienna - and deposit arrived back within 3 weeks.

Youniq living is perfectly located next to all amenities that you will ever need. The apartments are very modern, especially the bathroom which is luxurious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. No complaints at all :)

If you are looking for an out of the box solution, one contract that covers all your needs from utilities to furniture I would gladly recommend Linked Living for you. Great location. I would highlight the work of the local staff. My experience with them had been overwhelmingly positive.
