★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BASE 22 IS FAR AWAY FROM UNIVERSITIES AND CITY WITH LETS SAY UP TO 1H ITS LOCATED ON THE HIGHWAY SO IT WAS ALWAYS NOISY AND FORGET ABOUT OPENING YOUR WINDOW, AIR IS SO POLUTED, ON TOP OF THAT THEY CHARGE 490€ BECAUSE I WENT TROUGH USELESS AGENCY HOUSING AUSTRIA SO INSTEAD OF 460€ A MONTH I WAS PAYING 490€, WHICH IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR A STUDENT HOME, NOT TO TALK ABOUT HOW RUDE THEY ARE, DURING CORONA I LOST MY JOB AND I ASKED TO TERMINATE CONTRACT OR TO DELAY MY PAYMENT I GOT VERY RUDE ANSWER THAT EITHER I PAY ON TIME OR BY THE LAW I WILL PAY PENALTY, I DID NOT HAVE MONEYTO HIRE A LAWYER TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT DUE TO CATASTROPHIC EVENTS AS IT IS PANDEMIC WE ARE FACING. I JUST HAVE TO SAY NOT WORTH THE MONEY THERE ARE PRIVATE AND CHEAPER ACCOMMODATIONS IN VIENNA AND ACTUALLY PEOPLE WHO WILL HELP U NOT THIS POOR EXCUSE OF HUMANS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In difficult times of corona when many students lost their jobs, and were in very hard situation, base did not do anything else that was very rude and reminded us to pay on time or we will be "punished" when asked to terminate the contract was not possible, all tho there were unexpected events. Not only that they charge high prices for their rooms/apartments their customer services is 0, highly recommend not to use them.
