Habe dort mit den Fialleiter Herr Schlosser gesprochen , und er meint mann kann da gar nichts dagegen tun. Ich finde das so ärgerlich das man überhaupt nicht entgegenkommen , habe sogar ein Vorschlag gemacht das ich sogar was teureres kaufe oder , das er mir weniger Geld dafür zurück gibt. Nein das war in völlig egal also so mit Kunden umzugehen und dann noch zu sagen selber schuld finde ich eine Frechheit!!! VERY FRIENDLY STAFF !!! I bought something for my girlfriend because she didn't like it, I'll be there next day gone to exchange it. I spoke to the Fialleiter Mr. Schlosser there, and he says there is nothing you can do about it. I find it so annoying that you do not meet at all, even made a suggestion that I even buy something more expensive or that he gives me less money back. No, it didn't matter at all to deal with customers like that and then to say it's my own fault, I think it's a cheek!

Bei Nachfrage wurde behauptet, man hätte die Zahlung bereits angewiesen, was anscheinend nicht der Wahrheit entsprach. Bei Amazon Pay ist nur die Anweisung zur Erstattung von 3 Artikeln eingegangen. Die Aufforderung von Amazon Pay, den Betrag zu erstatten wurde ignoriert und es wurde behauptet, die Nachricht wäre nicht angekommen. Da ich allerdings ebenfalls in dem Verteiler war weiß ich, dass auch das nicht stimmt. Das letzte, was ich nun gehört habe ist, dass sich ein Vorgesetzter darum kümmern würde. Dieser scheint aber seit 3 Wochen im Urlaub zu sein.... Für mich stellt sich schon die Frage, warum man denn überhaupt nicht alles in einer Zahlung zurückzahlen will. Ich habe alle Artikel in einem Paket zurückgesendet und es wurde mir auch bestätigt, dass alle Artikel zusammen (wie auch sonst) angekommen sind. Ich fühle mich betrogen. I returned an order from 4 items, of which only 3 were refunded. When asked, it was claimed that payment had already been ordered, which apparently was not true. Amazon Pay only received instructions to refund 3 items. Amazon Pay's request to reimburse the amount was ignored and the message was allegedly not received. However, since I was also in the distribution list, I know that this is also not true. The last thing I heard is that a manager would take care of it. But this seems to have been on vacation for 3 weeks .... For me, the question arises why you don't want to pay back everything in one payment. I sent all the items back in one package and it was also confirmed to me that all items arrived together (as usual). I feel cheated.

Eine Woche später erfahren gravur nicht möglich wie besprochen. Es muss extern ausgelagert werden. Kein Problem ist ok für mich. Die mehrkosten muss ich trotz Kaufvertrag übernehmen. Ärgerlich wenn ein Unternehmen nicht weiss welche Leistungen sie ausführen können. Vereinbart ich zahle max. 20 euro auf und wenn der reifen bis zum 28.5 nicht fertig ist brauche ich ihm nicht mehr (in summe waren drei wochen zeit) einen tag vorher wird er fertig. Und...... 28 euro aufpreis. Ist zwar nur eine Kleinigkeit zeigt aber die gier des Unternehmens. Fazit: reifen ist nicht so graviert wie vereinbart, dafür teurer wie vereinbart Although I have bought something there several times, I am no longer satisfied. Bought an engraved bangle and (unfortunately) paid it straight away. A week later, engraving is not possible as discussed. It has to be outsourced. No problem is ok for me. I have to bear the additional costs despite the purchase contract. Annoying when a company does not know what services they can perform. I agreed to pay max. 20 euros on and if the tire is not finished by May 28th I don't need it anymore (in total there were three weeks), the day before it will be finished. And ...... 28 euro surcharge. It's just a little thing, but shows the greed of the company. Conclusion: tire is not as engraved as agreed, but more expensive than agreed

Der Herr der die Uhren repariert ist sehr kompetent und sowas von nett, also topp. Die Damen geben einen nicht das Gefühl das Sie einem hinter den Rücken schauen, ob man was kauft oder nicht. Man wird nicht bedrängt beim Kauf, was wo anders nicht der Fall ist. Ich kann das Geschäft nur weiter empfehlen. So I can only report that I received very good advice. The gentleman who repairs the watches is very competent and kind of nice, so great. The ladies do not make you feel like you are looking behind your back, whether you are buying something or not. You are not pressured to buy something that is not the case elsewhere. I can only recommend the business.

Nem beszélek németül de angolul szuperül kommunikáltak. 2x vásároltam: egy Casio G shockot, majd egy táskát, és egy napszemüveget. Minden szuper! Csak ajánlani tudom!
