T	Ting Ting Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundlicher Juwelier, hat sich die Zeit genommen und die Reparatur meines Anhängers (die Öse war leicht verbogen) rasch bewerkstelligt und nichts dafür verlangt. Das nächste Mal, wenn ich einen Wunsch nach einer Anfertigung habe, oder eine größere Reparatur/Änderung vorgenommen werden muss, würde ich ganz bestimmt wieder Herrn Nikl aufsuchen. Very friendly jeweler, took the time to repair my trailer (the eyelet was slightly bent) quickly and did not ask for anything. The next time I have a request for a production, or a major repair / change has to be made, I would definitely visit Mr. Nikl again.

Man merkt einfach, dass hier ein Profi am Werk ist, der sein Handwerk mit Stolz betreibt und einem nicht einfach irgendetwas "verkaufen" möchte. Great goldsmith. I bought both engagement and wedding rings there and were greeted by Mr. Nikl excellent advice. You can easily tell that there is a professional at work here who practices his trade with pride and does not just want to "sell" something to you.

Herr Nikl war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ich kann die Goldschmiede nur jedem und jeder wärmsten empfehlen! My wife and I had our wedding rings made there, they turned out really beautiful and exactly as we imagined them to be. Mr. Nikl was very friendly and accommodating, I can only warmly recommend the goldsmiths to everyone!

The cons are that the opening and closing (between 12-3) times are not accommodating. It was discussed that the ring would be fixed by a certain date (I'd come back 6 days after drop off). As I was coming to pick up the ring, I was told that they haven't really started working on it yet, as I'm not their only client, and it would be ready almost 6 hours later. I arrived 30 minutes later (prior to arriving I said I'd rather pick up the ring unrepaired as I had to leave the country). I had a bit of an argument over this. I arrived and the ring was fixed, just not polished. I am not sure why I was told it would not be ready for pick up until the evening if it was apparently already fixed.

I had my wedding ring made to order here and I couldn't have been more happy with the experience. I had an idea of what I wanted and was advised about what was possible, how much it would cost and how long it would take. I was unsure about how the width of the ring would look, so they agreed to make it one size and then adjust it if I wasn't happy. In the end I decided I wanted to have it narrower and it was all no problem. It was a pleasure to deal with this company, they were friendly, helpful and the finished product is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The price was very competitive, I though having it made to order woul dbe a lot more expensive than buying a normal wedding ring, but this wasn't the case. Highly recommend!

The necklace is really a work of art and my daughter will be delighted with her birthday present. The piece was finished promptly and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this establishment for anyone that needs something individually custom-made.
