War jetzt wenige Male zwecks Uhrenservice oder auch einem Batteriewechsel und alles wurde verlässlich und rasch zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Ich kann dieses Geschäft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Very good advice and competent appearance of all employees. a small but nice shop with a great selection itself. Was now a few times for watch service or a battery change and everything was done reliably and quickly to my fullest satisfaction. I can definitely recommend this business.

Swatch, Citizen und Casio sind auch stark vertreten. Das Service war auch sehr freundlich und kompetent! A rather small watch shop in Millennium City. A great selection for my taste. I especially like the large range of Seiko watches. Swatch, Citizen and Casio are also heavily represented. The service was also very friendly and competent!

S	Sonja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute Nachmittag (24.8.21) wegen eines Batterietausches meiner Diesel-Uhr, die ich dort gekauft habe, im Watch Store in der Millennium City. Es hieße, dass man keine Garantie auf die Wasserdichte geben könne. Beim Abholen fragte ich nach dem Grund und ob man denn die Uhr nicht einschicken hätte können. Da meinten die beiden Damen, dass hätte man natürlich machen können. Nur leider haben die Beiden mir das nicht angeboten. Auf meinen Hinweis darauf wurden die beiden Damen sehr unfreundlich und meinten beleidigend, es wäre für jedermann logisch, dass man eine wasserdichte Uhr einschicken müsse, wenn man sie wieder wasserdicht haben wolle. Und daher brauche man darüber auch nicht mit mir zu diskutieren. So unfreundliches und beleidigendes Personal findet man selten! Ich werde in diesem Store sicherlich nicht mehr kaufen und ihn auch nicht mehr weiterempfehlen. This afternoon (8/24/21) I went to the watch store in Millennium City to replace the battery of my Diesel watch that I bought there. It was said that there was no guarantee that the water would be watertight. When I picked it up, I asked why and whether the watch could not have been sent in. The two women said that of course you could have done that. Unfortunately, the two of them didn't offer me that. When I pointed this out, the two women became very unfriendly and insultingly said that it would be logical for everyone to have to send in a waterproof watch if one wanted to have it waterproof again. And so there is no need to discuss it with me. You seldom find such unfriendly and abusive staff! I will certainly no longer buy from this store and I will no longer recommend it to others.

Service wie immer ???.Batterietausch schnell,bei Wasserdichtheit dauert 1 Woche kommt zum Uhrmacher passt. An den Chef Hr. Paul Danke an Sie muss ich mal sagen und an die Verkäuferinnen.
