R	Roland Santner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonisch nachgefragt, ob Sie einen MX Motorradreifen wechseln können. Antwort: Muss sich der Reifenmonteur anschauen ob es geht. 5 Minuten später hingefahren. Wollte gleich den Monteur fragen ob geht oder nicht, danach zum Schalter. Am Weg dorthin wurde ich vom "Chef?" Gleich wieder vertrieben. Motorradreifentausch wird nicht gemacht. Umsonst hingefahren. Zum Glück gibts Reifen Weichberger in der Nähe. Spontan vom Forstinger Parkplatz aus angerufen. Hingefahren, gleich gewechselt. Sowas nennt man Service....und nicht einen hinkommen lassen, und dann zu sagen machen wir gar nicht. Asked by phone whether you can change an MX motorcycle tire. Keine ordentliche telefonische Auskunft, nur eine Antwort : Mindestens 1 Woche Wartezeit und um die eur 150. Zum Motorrad Klug, am nächsten Tag war das moped fertig , Kosten 105 ! So wird das nichts mehr mit dem Forstinger! Sehr schade, war früher mal ein guter Markt . Always on hold on the phone. Son would have had to change tires due to a flat tire on the moped. Die Preise für Produkte im Geschäft selbst sind leider zu hoch, so dass man leider beinahe keine andere Wahl hat, als online zu kaufen. A spontaneous repair of the low beam was possible without any problems and the price was also okay. The staff was just as friendly. The prices for products in the store are unfortunately too high, so that unfortunately you have almost no choice but to buy online.
N	Nagib Philipp Hanna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kein Wunder dass Forstinger eine Filiale nach der anderen schließen muss. Bei dem Service wundert es mich eher, dass überhaupt noch jemand dahin fährt. Warum diese harten Worte? Erstmal ruft man extra an um sich vielleicht bei Nichterhalt des gewünschten Artikels das hinfahren zu sparen. Nachdem man aber kurzerhand aus der Leitung geworfen wird, riskiert man doch die Fahrt in die Filiale. Dort angekommen stellt man fest, dass man nicht wegen des großen Kunden-Andrangs aus der Leitung geworfen wird sondern weil sich keiner so viel wert fühlt eine Hand in Richtung telefon zu bewegen. Ok...Man steht im Geschäft, stellt eine Frage die man nur widerwillig, wenig fachmännisch beantwortet bekommt. Danach fühlt sich ein zweiter Mitarbeiter dazu bewogen aufzustehen und zum Gespräch dazuzustoßen. Mit einem genervt gelangweilten "Wos gibts" wendet er sich an meinen Gesprächspartner. Das Geschehen geht wenig kompetent weiter, aber ich möchte nicht noch näher ins Detail gehen weil mir um meine Zeit zu Schade ist. Alles in allem war es wieder einmal völlige Zeitverschwendung eine Ihrer Filialen aufzusuchen. Dauert wohl nicht mehr lange bis zum nächsten Konkurs... No wonder that Forstinger has to close one branch after the other. With the service, I'm more surprised that anyone is still going there. Why these harsh words? First of all, you call extra to save yourself the trip if you don't receive the desired article. But after being thrown out of the line without further ado, you risk a trip to the branch. Once there, you realize that you are not thrown out of the line because of the large number of customers, but because nobody feels so worthy to move a hand in the direction of the phone. Ok ... you are in business, asking a question that you are reluctant to get answered with little professionalism. Then a second employee feels moved to get up and join the conversation. He turns to my interlocutor with an annoyed, bored "Who's there". The action continues with little competence, but I don't want to go into more detail because my time is too bad for me. All in all, it was once again a complete waste of time to visit one of your branches. It won't be long before the next bankruptcy ...

Man bekommt Auskunft und Tipps fürs besser machen. Ich werde sicher wieder hin fahren. ??? Spezielles Lob geht an Herrn Wild ?? I'm really excited. I had something repaired there for the first time and spontaneously got an appointment. Very nice and hard-working staff. You get information and tips for doing better. I will go back for sure. ???
