Obwohl die Werkstatt schon sehr beschäftigt war, hat sich der nette Fahrradmechaniker Zeit genommen, um herauszufinden, woher das Quietschen bei meinem Rennrad kommt. Nach einer halben Stunde konnte ich das einwandfreie Rad wieder mit nachhause nehmen. DANKE! Schön, dass wirklich auf den Kunden eingegangen wird und dabei nicht im Vordergrund steht, möglichst viel zu verkaufen, sondern dem Kunden wieder ein problemloses biken zu ermöglichen! Ich komme auf alle Fälle wieder! :) Very friendly, competent team! Although the workshop was already very busy, the nice bike mechanic took the time to find out where the squeaking on my racing bike was coming from. After half an hour I was able to take the perfect bike home with me. THANKS! It's nice that the customer is really taken into account and that the focus is not on selling as much as possible, but on enabling the customer to cycle again without problems! I will definitely be back! :)

Super bike dealer very good advice, last brake repair done immediately despite very large customer request in the shop and workshop. Will definitely come back.

Sehr faire Preise ,viele Teile lagernd und extrem gute Qualität hinsichtlich auf Beratungen von Kunden und Reparaturen von Fahrrädern. Das Personal kennt sich wirklich sehr gut mit Fahrrädern aller Art aus und hat mir schon sehr oft weitergeholfen. Ich komme gerne wieder ! Super bike shop !!!!! Very competent, nice and hard-working staff! Very fair prices, many parts in stock and extremely good quality in terms of customer advice and bicycle repairs. The staff is really very knowledgeable about all kinds of bicycles and has helped me very often. I will gladly come again !

Brachten vorgestern 3 Fahrraeder fuers Service hin....trotz uebervollem Terminplan waren sie am naechsten Tag zu holen und das noch zu einem sehr guenstigen Preis! Top advice and really nice people there. Brought 3 bikes for service the day before yesterday....despite a busy schedule, they were available the next day and at a very reasonable price!
