★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grosse Auswahl und kompetente Beratung. Manchmal ist die Bedienung aber nunja sagen wir mal etwas forsch. Schade für mich kein Besuch mehr wert. Das Erlebnis sollte passen, leider tut es das nicht mehr, werde mal andere Sportgeschäfte ausprobieren. Alternativen gibt es ja genug.
Large selection and competent advice. Sometimes the waitress is a little brisk, let's just say. It's a shame for me not worth a visit anymore. The experience should fit, unfortunately it no longer works, I'll try other sports shops. There are enough alternatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ funktionierendes Fahrrad zum Service gebracht, nicht fahrtauglich zurückbekommen, Reparatur hätte bis Juli gedauert, teil selbst organisiert innerhalb von 3 Tagen - am Telefon von Mitarbeitern sehr abwärtend behandelt geworden - Ich war langjähriger Kunde.
Working bike brought to the service, not returned in a roadworthy condition, repair would have taken until July, partly self-organized within 3 days - treated very dismissively on the phone by employees - I was a long-standing customer.
