It's always a clean and orderly business. The sellers are helpful and the price is good too. It's also easy to get to by bus and car.

The cashier asked to remove the price tag from the soft toy I just bought for my daughter. Without a word, she slammed a pair of scissors and I had to do it myself. Customer service looks different!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der blonden, tätowierten Dame aus der Spielzeigabteilung bitte nochmals erklären, dass die Kundenberatung zu ihren Aufgabengebiet im Verkauf gehört. Tratschen und zahlende Kunden ignorieren, darf man dann in der Kaffeepause! Bei dieser (nicht vorhanden) Beratung verbrennt man sein Geld lieber, als es bei Ihnen im Laden zulassen.
The blonde, tattooed lady from the Spielzeigabteilung please explain again that the customer service is part of their job in the sale. Gossip and ignore paying customers, you may then in the coffee break! In this (not available) advice you burn your money rather than allow it in your shop.
