T	Thomas Perl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte bei unserm Firmenfahrzeug einen ISUZU D-Max vorsorglich eine Getriebeölspülung machen lassen und war dazu in mehreren Werkstätten um mich beraten zu lassen, bis ich schließlich bei KFZ Reinprecht das beste gefühl hatte, Chef und Mechaniker sind sehr bemüht und der Mechaniker weiß wovon er spricht, nicht so wie in den meisten anderen Werkstätten... Unser Auto hatte vorher nicht wirklich Probleme beim schalten, dennoch ist nach der Getriebeölspülung eine deutliche Verbesserung spürbar. Bin rundum zufriden, defitiv zum weiterempfehlen! I wanted an ISUZU D-Max to do a gear oil flush on our company vehicle as a precaution and was in several workshops to get advice until I finally had the best feeling at KFZ Reinprecht, boss and mechanic are very hard-working and the mechanic knows what he is talking about , not like in most other workshops ... Our car didn't really have any problems with shifting before, but a clear improvement can be felt after flushing the transmission oil. I am completely satisfied, definitely to be recommended!

Sehr professionell, fair und freundlich! Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen! Problem with the heating, which no one in three workshops could find before, was tried and quickly solved here. V	Vladimir Klimovsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte ganz normal angerufen dachte mir nichts dabei und fragte zwecks dem Ölwechsel für meinem PKW. Darauf hin redete die Person mit mir so selbstverständlich, herablassend und arrogant, als ob ich selber ein KFZ Mechaniker wäre und über alles bescheid wissen würde. Darauf hin wurde ich gefragt „ob ich den günstigsten Mechaniker suche?“ Ich antwortet ja das stimmt. Danach bekam ich eine arrogante Antwort „Ja dann Suchen Sie weiter!““ Es wurde rasch aufgelegt. So eine Reaktion ist im meinen Augen nicht professionell. Obwohl ich durchaus verstehe, dass die auch nur ihren Brot verdienen wollen. Aber es muss nicht so herablassend geredet werden. Had called normally and thought nothing of it and asked about the oil change for my car. Then the person spoke to me as naturally, condescendingly and arrogantly as if I were a car mechanic myself and knew everything about it. I was then asked “Are I looking for the cheapest mechanic?” I answered yes, that's true. Then I got an arrogant answer "Yes, then keep looking!" " It was hung up quickly. Such a reaction is not professional in my opinion. Although I fully understand that they just want to earn their living. But it doesn't have to be condescending.
