J	Jennifer Pachernegg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr inkompetent. seit Tagen warte ich auf einen Rückruf von der Chefin (Anna) da 2 Kündigungen von mir anscheinend verschlampt wurden. jetzt hat sich mein Vertrag trotz Kündigung verlängert. um das Ganze aufzuklären wurde mir seit Tagen ein Rückruf versichert. doch die Chefin meldet sich nicht und ist für mich auch nicht erreichbar und das für 90 Euro pro Monat Very incompetent. Das Fitnessstudio ist im Vergleich zu anderen schon etwas teurer aber das Angebot ist dementsprechend auch breiter. - Sauber, sehr sauber - Alle Geräte funktionsfähig und neu - Nicht überfüllt, es gibt immer genügend Platz für alle Nutzer - Getränke sind inklusive - Trainingseinheiten wie Yoga und andere sind sehr sehr gut und machen richtig Spaß weil sich die Angestellten mühe geben - Die Angestellten sind mega freundlich Ich wurde nach meinem Probemonat angerufen und gefragt ob ich weiter Teilnehmer bleiben will, das hat mich wirklich umgehauen. Weil sie hätten ja einfach mein Abo starten können und ich hätte zahlen müssen, dennoch haben sie mich angerufen und nochmal nachgefragt ob ich wirklich ab Morgen mein Abo starten will. Ich habe aufgrund gesundheitlicher Probleme insgesamt mehr als ein Jahr bezahlt ohne trainieren zu können. Es wurde mir zugesagt, dass damit die restliche Zeit bis zum Ende des Vertrags abgegolten ist. Leider bekam ich eine Rechnung mit über 300 Euro, weil das Büro anscheinend nicht in der Lage ist sich an, mit der Abteilungsleiterin schriftlich ausgemachte Vereinbarungen zu halten. Traurig und schockierend, wie mit langjährigen Kunden umgegangen wird.
