E-Bike ordern. In meinem Fall war dieses, obwohl gebucht, gerade defekt. Habe an Stelle dessen (für die Dauer der Servicearbeiten) einen kostenlosen Leihwagen zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing. My son took his car to be serviced prior to our trip to Italy. We had major problems halfway to Venice and had to find a machanic at our holiday destination to do repairs. This created a great deal of stress for my son and extra cost were incurred. When we arrived back in Graz we took the car back to them for an explanation on what went wrong but they did not seem concerned at all. My son took his car there a second time for another issue and was quoted a price to which he agreed. When we returned to collect the vehicle in the afternoon the price had suddenly jumped to much more than what was quoted. They said that they found another problem. We asked why did they not call to tell us the price will be more than stipulated. I have advised my son not to take his vehicle back to them.
