Ich habe eine Hose in Leibnitz gekauft wo leider der Knopf nach dem 3. mal ausziehen heruntergefallen ist ?
Ich bin in die Filiale um zu fragen ob sie mir einen neuen Knopf geben könnten. Mir wurde gleich - Von der überaus freundlichen Dame - Ein Austausch vorgeschlagen.
Ohne Augenüberdrehen und ohne Rechnung wurde das ganze sehr toll abgewickelt.
So soll Service!! ?

I bought a pair of pants in Leibnitz where unfortunately the button fell off after taking it off for the third time ?
I went to the branch to ask if they could give me a new button. I was immediately - by the extremely friendly lady - an exchange suggested.
Without turning your eyes and without a bill, the whole thing was handled very well.
So should service !! ?
