j	joachim szepannek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute dort und habe mich auf Sofort-Service (= Brillen Umbau) eingestellt, eine Stunde Wartezeit war telefonisch avisiert worden. Nicht nur, das alle am Telefon freundlich waren, ich vor Ort nicht warten musste und freundlich bedient wurde: Ich musste für den "Umbau" nichts zahlen und es wurde sofort - also innerhalb von 10 Minuten erledigt, mit einem Lächeln. Meine zweit Brille wurde auch sofort gereinigt und nachjustiert - ebenfalls kostenlos. Die Fielmann Frauen und Männer sind ein geduldiges, freundliches Service Wunder - ich sehe überhaupt keinen Grund meinen Optiker zu wechseln. Thumbs Up! Was there today and I was prepared for immediate service (= glasses conversion), an hour's waiting time was advised by phone. Not only that everyone on the phone was friendly, I didn't have to wait on site and was served friendly: I didn't have to pay anything for the "conversion" and it was done immediately - i.e. within 10 minutes, with a smile. My second pair of glasses was cleaned and readjusted immediately - also free of charge. The Fielmann men and women are patient, friendly service miracles - I see no reason at all to change my optician. Thumbs Up!
B	Bianca Pummer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe vergangene Woche meine Brille anpassen lassen und bin von dem Kundenservice hin und weg!!! Während meiner Beratung wurde auf meine Wünsche eingegangen und parallel das Lager nach meinen Ansprüchen durchforstet (muss ich extra erwähnen, weil es heutzutage nicht überall selbstverständlich ist!). Hier wird einem auch nicht einfach das teuerste Gestell aufgeschwatzt, sondern auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse geachtet. Vorangeküdigt wurde die Brille dann für ca 7-10 Tage. Schon nach 2 Tagen konnte ich sie abholen! Heute habe ich mir eine Sonnenbrille anpassen lassen und gemerkt, dass das Kundenservice von letzter Woche kein Zufall war. Auch diesmal wurde ich sehr gut beraten und freue mich jetzt schon auf die neuen Gläser! Fazit: Ich bin sehr zufrieden und freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch! Mirjana Gazic...Sie hat sich meine kaputte Brille angeschaut die ich noch getragen habe und sofort eine kostenlose Zwischenlösung Angeboten...Sie wirkte sehr kompetent freundlich und zuverlässig.Bin sehr zufrieden und vielen Dank an Fr Marjana I recently had ventilation for varifocals with blackout option from Ms. Mirjana Gazic ... Um die Brille auf 100% abzustimmen, musste ich den Sehtest neu machen. Der war viel präziser und besser als beim Augenarzt. Allen voran möchte ich die Dame erwähnen die mit mir den Sehtest gemacht hat. Sehr bemüht und professionell den Kunden zufriedenzustellen. Meine Hochachtung The crew is very friendly, competent and uncomplicated. Simple processing, very good advice. In order to adjust the glasses to 100%, I had to do the eye test again. It was much more precise and better than at the ophthalmologist. First of all I would like to mention the lady who did the eye test with me. Very hard and professional to satisfy the customer. G	Gerhard Tichy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bis jetzt seitens fast 25 Jahren immer top zufrieden und es stets 5 Sterne gegeben, doch suche ich mir jetzt einen neuen Optiker Wurde gerade (20.12.2021 / 12:45) bei Fielmann SCS nicht reingelassen, weil ein fremdes Kind das danebenstand keine Maske trug. Eine Frechheit sondergleichen, und das 1 Tag vor dem LD. So verliert man Kunden. Aber da die Mitarbeiterin ohnedies der Meinung ist, ich kann ruhig woanders kaufen, hat sie heute Weihnachten, Ostern und Geburtstag an einem Tag und ich erfülle ihr diesen Wunsch gerne. Ich hatte einen Brillen-Notfall und von Freunden mit Brille hab ich im Vorfeld schon gehört, dass es quasi unmöglich ist, für eine uralte Gleitsichtbrille in diesem schmalen Design nur einen passenden Rahmen zu bekommen. Versucht hab ich es trotzdem und bei Fielmann hatte ich die perfekte Betreuung! Frau V. hat sich die Mühe gemacht und nach einem passenden und auch wirklich günstigen Brillengestell (weil es ja nur eine Übergangs-Notlösung ist) gesucht. Sie wurde tatsächlich fündig und ich konnte 3h später am gleichen Tag die Brille wieder abholen! Ich bin überglücklich und einfach begeistert! Mehr Service geht nicht!! Vielen lieben Dank auch nochmal auf diesem Weg! Top customer service! I had a glasses emergency and I heard in advance from friends with glasses that it is virtually impossible to get just the right frame for ancient varifocals in this narrow design. I tried anyway and at Fielmann I had the perfect support! Ms. V. took the trouble and looked for a suitable and really cheap glasses frame (because it is only a temporary solution). She actually found what she was looking for and I was able to pick up the glasses 3 hours later on the same day! I am overjoyed and simply thrilled! More service is not possible !! Ich wurde sehr kompetent vermessen, die Optikerin hat sich ausreichend Zeit genommen. Auch ihre Brillenvorschläge (ähnlich meiner alten Brille) waren sofort treffend und die anschließende Anpassung und Auswahl der Brillengläser akribisch genau. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass sich die Dame sehr um mich und meine Zufriedenheit bemüht hat! Diese Filiale kann man mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!
