N	N M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zuerst wurden Kunden bedient die nach uns kamen, dann hat man uns erklärt dass aufgrund von Personalmangel (3 Mitarbeiter) kein Sehtest gemacht werden kann. Wir wurden dann bei Fielmann bestens bedient. First customers were served who came after us, then we were told that due to lack of staff (3 employees) no eye test can be done. We were then best served by Fielmann.

Im März würde wieder eine neue Brille bestellt, alle Wünsche und Dringlichkeiten wurden bestmöglichst erfüllt. Ihr Mitarbeiter Herr Yuusuf Adan machte einen sehr engagierten, qualifizierten und kompetenten Job. Seine sehr hilfsbereite, zuvorkommende und sehr freundliche Art sucht seinesgleichen. So macht Einkaufen Spaß. I have been a satisfied customer in the Scs branch for a long time. In March new glasses would be ordered again, all requests and urgencies were fulfilled as best as possible. Your employee Mr. Yuusuf Adan did a very committed, qualified and competent job. His very helpful, courteous and very friendly manner is second to none. This is how shopping is fun.

Vielen Dank an die freundliche Dame, die mir bei dem Problem bestens geholfen hat und ich die Linsen im Shop wechseln durfte. I was there today because of problems with my contact lenses. Many thanks to the friendly lady who helped me with the problem and was able to change the lenses in the shop.

Werden die beiden Brillen €300 abholen aber sorry das war’s dann ! Es wird KEIN einziger Kunde beim Betreten des Geschäfts gegrüßt !!! Also das geht für mich überhaupt nicht Today was with my husband in this branch in the scs, sorry the lady absolutely overwhelmed seemed very incompetent. Will pick up the two glasses for € 300 but sorry, that's it! NO single customer is greeted when entering the shop !!! So that's not possible for me at all

Die Kommunikation war sehr professionell und auf den Punkt gebracht. Leider hatten sie die gesuchte Brille nicht lagernd, aber ich wurde umgehend auf eine Bestellung oder den Online Shop aufmerksam gemacht. The glasses shop in the SCS is very spacious, elegant and clearly arranged. The staff were very nice and available immediately. The communication was very professional and to the point. Unfortunately they didn't have the glasses I was looking for in stock, but I was immediately made aware of an order or the online shop.

Ich wollte eigentlich zur Konkurrenz wechseln, da ich in der Filliale in der MaHü außergewöhnlich schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht habe. Hier aber wurden alle Probleme behoben, eine Versicherung abgeschlossen und mir endlich eine Brille angefertigt, mit der ich etwas sehe. Der Weg in die Shopping City hat sich gelohnt. A great store with knowledgeable employees. I actually wanted to switch to the competition because I had exceptionally bad experiences in the MaHü branch. Here, however, all the problems were resolved, insurance was taken out and glasses were finally made for me with which I can see something. The way to the shopping city was worth it.
