U	U B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute wegen zwei neuen Verträgen im Shop und kann die schlechten Erfahrungen nicht nachvollziehen. Mein Berater Herr Stefan war das beste was mir in über 30 Jahren Handy Kauf bzw. Vertragsverhandlungen untergekommen ist. Unglaublich nett und mega kompetent was seine Produkte angeht. Völlig problemloser Wechsel des Anbieters. Magenta, großes Kompliment für so Mitarbeiter. Nochmals Danke I was in the shop today because of two new contracts and can't understand the bad experience. My advisor, Mr. Stefan, was the best thing I have seen in over 30 years of buying or negotiating a mobile phone. Incredibly nice and very competent when it comes to his products. Completely problem-free change of provider. Magenta, big compliment for such employees. Thanks again

Wie versprochen hab ich die Watch auch testen dürfen, zwar nicht tragen, weil ja die Sicherung angeklebt ist. Aber mir hat das schon gereicht. Auch ein wenig mehr offene Fragen beantwortet bekommen. Als Jahrzehnte langer Firmen und Privat Kunden wird Mann von irgend welchen Kindern Betreut ohne wirkliche Betreuung. So funktioniert nicht guter Service . Probleme werden nicht versucht gelöst zu werden. Hilfsbereitschaft 0 der Nächste Großkonzerne der glaubt machen zu dürfen was er will . Zumindest Lösungs orientiertes Personal aufnehmen. Frechheit das ganz Not at all helpful. The ladies totally overwhelmed. As a decades-long company and private customer, the man is looked after by any children without real care. That's not how good service works. Problems are not tried to be solved. Willingness to help 0 the next large corporation who thinks they can do whatever they want. At least recruit solution-oriented staff. That's all cheek
