M	M Gaspar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben heute zwei Termine für Premium Sehtest gehabt. Die Dame hat uns drei Brillen mit verschiedenen Dioptrien gegeben und gefragt mit welcher sehe ich besser. Das könnten wir auch zu Hause machen. Im Geschäft war nur einen Mitarbeiter (der andere hat gesagt dass er eine Pause macht: wir sind um 12 Uhr gekommen und um 13 Uhr ist das Geschäft geschlossen) deswegen habe 5 Minuten auf dem Sessel gewartet bis die andere Kunden erledigt sind. Ich habe eine Woche für diesen Termin gewartet und ich warte auf die andere Kunden die ohne Termine haben. Sehr unangenähm. Ich habe alle Brillensorten geschaut (ohne Hilfe vom Berater, weil er keine Zeit für uns hatte) und nichts gefunden - sind zu wenige Sorten vom Brillen. Beim Fielmann in Baden habe mehrere Sorten gesehen. Drei Kunden weniger, wir werden nie hier wiederkommen. Today we had two appointments for premium eye tests. The lady gave us three glasses with different dioptres and asked which ones do I see better with. We could do that at home too. There was only one employee in the shop (the other one said he was taking a break: we came at 12 noon and the shop was closed at 1 p.m.) so I waited 5 minutes on the armchair until the other customers were done. I waited a week for this appointment and I am waiting for the other customers who have no appointments. Very uncomfortable. I looked at all types of glasses (without the help of the consultant because he didn't have time for us) and found nothing - there are too few types of glasses. I saw several varieties at Fielmann in Baden. Three customers less, we will never come back here.
