H	Haar Lounge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin normalerweise niemand, der eine schlechte Bewertung abgibt aber mehr Frechheit geht nicht. Meine Nägel wurden komplett verpfuscht, das Acryl klebte überall und die Form katastrophal. Nicht nur, dass die Nägel viel zu lange sind, sie sind auch viel zu dünn. Auf meine Frage ob die Nägel nicht zu dünn wären und brechen würden, wurde mir erklärt "Nein, nein, die halten". Meine Schwester und ich verließen das Geschäft, 2 Minuten später brach der erste Nagel ab. Wir wieder zurück. Man erklärte mir nichts, sondern war eher "angepisst" , dass ich mich aufregte. Daraufhin wurden mir die Nägel dicker gemacht, der Nagel der abbrach wurde neu gemacht. Dieser wurde mir so stark gefeilt, dass mir unter dem Nagel seitlich so stark hineingefeilt wurde, dass es sehr stark blutete. Dies interessierte die Nageldesignerin überhaupt nicht, sie machte einfach weiter. Das Geld wurde nicht retourniert, obwohl die Nägel katastrophal sind. Aber auch das interessierte dort niemanden. Meine Schwester und ich bezahlten 114 euro. Nachdem ich eine Rechnung verlangt habe, bekam ich eine über 59 euro.. Nie mehr wieder I'm usually not someone who gives a bad rating, but you can't be more cheeky. My nails were completely botched, the acrylic was sticking all over the place, and the shape was disastrous. Not only are the nails way too long, they're way too thin too. When I asked whether the nails were too thin and would break, I was told "No, no, they will hold". My sister and I left the store, 2 minutes later the first nail broke off. We back again. No one explained anything to me, but was rather "pissed off" that I was upset. Then my nails were made thicker, the nail that broke off was redone. This was filed so hard that the side of the nail was filed so hard that it bleeded a lot. The nail designer was not interested in this at all, she just kept going. The money was not returned, although the nails are catastrophic. But nobody was interested in that either. My sister and I paid 114 euros. After I asked for an invoice, I got one for 59 euros .. Never again

I went to this salon 4 times until now, twice during the week without an appointment, and everything was perfect! Every time i had a different style made and every time it was PERFECT! I've been going to nail salons for years and i have to say i am the most pleased here! For the pedicure you have a massage chair and the tools are sealed and opened in front of you! Everyone is nice all the time.. even today (Saturday) when they were really busy! I had to wait 5 minutes between pedicure and manicure but who cares?!?? I warmly recommend this salon! My nails look fabulous!
