★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wurden von einer sehr netten jungen Dame beraten und natürlich haben wir ein kleines Geschenk gefunden! Es wurde schön eingepackt und bekamen eine Rechnung ohne den Preis damit gegebenenfalls umgetauscht werden kann.
We were advised by a very nice young lady and of course we found a small present! It was nicely packed and received an invoice without the price so that it could be exchanged if necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went to this shop to change the christmas Gift from my boy-friend . A beautiful ring from Swarovski but unfortunately too small. When We arrived to the shop the shop assistant started already acting strange when we said unfortunately we don’t speak German . Anyway I told her the problem and that I wanted the exact same ring just one size bigger. Before , I don’t know why she tried twice to give me two rings different from mine , I had to repeat twice that was not my ring , when finally she managed to understand , before she let me try the right ring and then , out of the blue , she didn’t show up anymore and she send us a colleague saying was not possible to change the ring because it was used . So they didn’t trust me , for ABSOLUTELY no reason as I didn’t ask for a different ring but exactly the same just bigger , and of course I couldn’t use a ring which doesn’t fit my finger , I show them that the ring couldn’t fit me but they didn’t trust me . Keep saying the ring was used. As I am sure 100% I didn’t use and I can prove them because doesn’t fit me , if they think it was used it is because the quality of Swarovski is very very very bad , if after one month in the box doesn’t shine anymore imagine after wearing every day . WORST QUALITY EVER, WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER , PRICES QUITE HIGH COMPARED TO THE BAD QUALITY.
