Optometriequalität mangelhaft: Augen eine Spur zu falsch ausgemessen, der Brillenglas-Einschliff stimmt leider mit der Höhe der Augen überhaupt nicht überein (wurde gar nicht gemessen). Hier nimmt man sich für diese doch wichtigen Dinge nicht Zeit. Brille wird rückabgewickelt (Brillen Sorglospaket). Ist ja heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich :) Alles TOP! Sehr viele Fassungen für jeden Typ, ich freue mich auf meine Brille. I was really very happy after my order went out of the store. Everyone is super nice and the consultants are at eye level with the customers. Is not a matter of course nowadays :) Everything is TOP! A lot of frames for every type, I look forward to my glasses.
Y	Yvi Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin seit Jahren eine gute Kundin, habe alle meine Brillen in diesem Geschäft gekauft. So auch diesmal eine Gleitsichtbrille mit Titanfassung. Als Angebot gab es dazu eine Nahbrille und eine Fernbrille zum halben Preis. Dieses Angebot wollte ich nutzen und habe alles bestellt. Als ich die Brillen jedoch abholen wollte, war die Lesebrille nicht angefertigt worden, da das Glas nun doch nicht im Angebot war. Ich finde es ungehörig, mich 3 Wochen warten zu lassen und es nicht der Mühe wert zu finden, nachzufragen, ob ich die Brille zum regulären Preis haben möchte. Das Versprechen, dass mich der Filialleiter kontaktiert, wurde auch nicht gehalten. Die 2 Sterne vergebe ich nur für die netten Berater im Geschäft, sonst bin ich sehr enttäuscht und verärgert. However, when I wanted to pick up the glasses, the reading glasses had not been made because the glass was not on sale after all. I find it unseemly to make me wait 3 weeks and not bother asking if I want the glasses at the regular price. The promise that the branch manager would contact me was not kept either. I only give the 2 stars for the nice consultants in the shop, otherwise I am very disappointed and upset.

So ein spitzen Service/Beratung/Anpassung hatte ich schon lange nicht mehr bei einem Optiker Insider tip Ms. Quehenberger!!! If the lenses or glasses fit, you should definitely make an appointment with her. I haven't had such great service/advice/fitting from an optician for a long time
