★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War langjähriger Kunde und habe immer die heimische Wirtschaft unterstützt. Deshalb habe ich viele Geräte und Zubehör an diesen Standort gekauft. Bei meinem letzten Kauf ist mir ein Fehler unterlaufen und ich habe einen Buchstaben in der Typenbeschreibung übersehen. Dadurch habe ich ein Gerät gekauft, mit dem mir das Arbeiten nicht möglich ist. Ich habe gebeten, mir das Gerät auszutauschen und ich wäre bereit gewesen, ein teureres Model zu kaufen. Mir wurde die Rückgabe verwehrt, weil ich das Gerät in Betrieb genommen habe. Das war leider mein letzter Kauf bei dieser Firma, denn andere Händler gehen nicht so mit Stammkunden um!
 Has been a long-term customer and has always supported the local economy. That's why I bought a lot of devices and accessories at this location. I made a mistake on my last purchase and missed a letter in the type description. As a result, I bought a device that I cannot work with. I asked to exchange the device and I would have been willing to buy a more expensive model. I was refused the return because I had started using the device. Unfortunately, that was my last purchase from this company, because other dealers don't deal with regular customers that way!
