Sleepman heeft ons nog afgezet in nabij stadje..volge de ochtend heel vroeg voor Mercedes deur. En ja hoor zeer vriendelijk en goed geholpen. 12.30 wisten we wat er aan de hand was. Oplossing was een tussen oplossing want onderdelen 2 weken later pas bestelbaar. Hartelijk dank voor jullie hulp beste mensen. En de vriendelijkheid en snelle accurate actie. With breakdown by a tow truck on Sunday morning put at the door. These people can help you tomorrow. Sleepman dropped us off in a nearby town..follow very early in the morning at Mercedes door. And yes, very friendly and helpful. By 12:30 we knew what was going on. Solution was an interim solution because parts can only be ordered 2 weeks later. Thank you very much for your help dear people. And the friendliness and fast accurate action.

In dieser Werkstatt wurde nicht nur der Fehler gelöscht, sondern endlich die Ursache gefunden und innerhalb von 24 Stunden behoben, trotz notwendiger Ersatzteilbeschaffung. Sehr kompetentes, flexibles und schnelles Team! 3.500 Kilometer später sind wir ohne weitere Probleme wieder zuhause angekommen, vielen Dank! Highly Recommended! After a few visits to the workshop, our engine light came on again on the way to vacation. In this workshop, not only was the error deleted, but the cause was finally found and rectified within 24 hours, despite the need to procure spare parts. Very competent, flexible and fast team! 3,500 kilometers later we got back home without any further problems, thank you very much!

From the first phone call to the mechanic team, everyone was so friendly and proffesional. They had us back on the road in 3 hours even though they had to order a part!! Well done Mercedes-Benz for hiring such a great stuff!
