A	Attila Földi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Angeblich Mann braucht keine Terminvereinbarung ab 12 Uhr. Leider stimmt nicht, seit Corona muss immer vorher ein Termin ausgemacht werden. Das heißt Sie haben die internetseite seit 2 Jahren nicht aktualisiert... Die "nette" Dame hat gesagt muss ich vorher anrufen, habe ich 5 mal getan, nur hat keine abgehoben. Erste freie Termin ist in 2 wochen... Das geht leider mit eine Augenentzündung nicht. Darum ist die 1 Stern weil ich weniger nicht geben kann. Allegedly man does not need to make an appointment from 12 o'clock. Unfortunately, it is not true, since Corona an appointment must always be made in advance. That means you have not updated the website for 2 years ... The "nice" lady said I have to call beforehand, I did 5 times, but no one answered. The first free appointment is in 2 weeks ... Unfortunately, that is not possible with an eye infection. That's why the 1 star is because I can't give less.

Nach zwei Besuchen und wochenlangen brennenden, schmerzenden Augen konnte mir immer noch nicht geholfen werden, und ich hatte auch nicht vor, wiederzukommen, habe mich nur per Mail an die Ordination gewendet, um zu fragen, was ich machen kann ausser in die Ambulanz für trockene Augen (weil wochenlange Behandlung mit Augentropfen nicht geholfen hat). Ich hab einen extrem unfreundlichen Anruf bekommen von einer Dame, die wiederholt gesagt hat, ich muss vorbeikommen. Ich hab ihr mehrmals gesagt dass mir beim letzten Besuch gesagt wurde, es kann hier nichts mehr gemacht werden. Trotzdem hat sie darauf bestanden, dass ich mir einen Termin ausmache. Leider wurde mir beim Termin dann nur vorgeworfen "warum ich denn schon wieder da bin?" mit 0 Info, an wen ich mich akut wegen meinen Augen wenden kann, die jetzt wohl noch weitere Wochen unbehandelt bleiben, trotz starker Schmerzen. So kann man auch einen Vormittag verschwenden! If you appreciate friendly staff, you've come to the wrong place. After two visits and weeks of burning, aching eyes, I still couldn't get help, and I had no intention of coming back, just emailed the ordination to ask what I could do besides going to the dry outpatient clinic Eyes (because weeks of treatment with eye drops did not help). I received an extremely rude call from a lady who repeatedly said I had to come over. I told her several times that on the last visit I was told that nothing more could be done here. Despite this, she insisted that I make an appointment. Unfortunately, at the appointment I was only accused of "why am I here again?" with 0 info who I can contact acutely about my eyes, which will probably remain untreated for another few weeks, despite severe pain. You can also waste a morning like this!

A	Anna Bara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude unhelpful receptionist with a bad attitude to any question and obsessed with making sure you pay - before any service is even provided. The doctor examined the problem and wrote a prescription without voicing the diagnosis, which I learned only after having asked specifically. The receptionist ignored my request to write an note to my son for being late for a language course and continued chatting with her colleague. When I asked for the second time, she shouted (!) at me that I have not paid yet. I would have gladly done so and got out of there but she in all the time available has not prepared the bill. So more shouting followed about the impossibility to issue the bill in the format that would be accepted by my insurance company. Having paid for this experience almost 100 euro, I have departed. Awful.

Wrong hours given online for when you can come in without appointment, they even have printed forms on the front. desk. with hours that are also wrong apparently. When I told the receptionist about this mistake she just laughed in my face, which is rude and extremely unhelpful. And, as it turns out, others are also having a problem with the misleading schedule posted on their website... unprofessional establishment.
