Patienten (keine Notfälle, aber offenbar Privatpatienten oder Freunde) die 1 Stunde nachdem mein Termin gewesen wäre kamen, kamen vor mir dran. Wie kann das sein? Die völlige Unfähigkeit Termine wenigstens annähernd einzuhalten ist auch anderen jedes Mal passiert. Nie nie wieder! Unfortunately we waited 3 hours several times despite a fixed appointment. Patients (no emergencies, but apparently private patients or friends) who would have arrived 1 hour after my appointment came before me. How can that be? The complete inability to at least approximately keep appointments happened to others every time. Never ever again
l	lxy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Erfahrungen, die ich hier gemacht habe, sind sehr schlecht. 1) Ich habe im Februar angerufen, habe gesagt, ich brauche einen Termin, da ich mit meiner Brille nicht mehr gut sehen kann. Sie haben mir dann einen Termin Ende Mai (!!!) gegeben. (Folge: Ich hatte - 2.75 Dioptrien, jetzt - 3,75 ) Als ich dann zum Termin gekommen bin, meinten die Dame, dass der Arzt nicht da sei bla bla. Angeblich wurde ich angerufen. Dann habe ich einen Termin Mitte Juni gekriegt (!!!). Da ich aber keine Lust mehr auf diese Ordination hatte, bin ich zu einem anderen Augenarzt gegangen. Der meinte gleich, dass ich Kontaktlinsen brauchen, damit sich meine Sehstärke nicht noch mehr verschlechtert. Mein Problem wurde nicht rechtzeitig erkannt. Wirklich, ein sehr schlechter Arzt, den die Probleme seine Patienten egal sind. Hinzu kommen noch die unendlich langen Wartezeiten. The experiences I've had here are very bad. 1) I called in February and said I needed an appointment because I can no longer see well with my glasses. You then gave me an appointment at the end of May (!!!). (Result: I had - 2.75 diopters, now - 3.75) When I came to the appointment, the lady said that the doctor was not there blah blah. Apparently I was called. Then I got an appointment in mid-June (!!!). But since I didn't feel like doing this ordination anymore, I went to another ophthalmologist. He immediately said that I need contact lenses so that my eyesight doesn't deteriorate even more. My problem was not recognized in time. Really, a very bad doctor who doesn't care about the problems his patients have. Then there are the infinitely long waiting times.

Dr. Ahmed is excellent and very respectful, and the people who work with him are good and respectful in dealing with people..... All thanks, appreciation and respect to the doctor and the accompanying story ???
N	Nihada Duran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr kompetenter Arzt. Seit über 20 Jahren bin ich Patientin bei ihm in Behandlung. Sehr nettes Team . Nimmt sich genügend Zeit und erklärt Verständnisvoll . Ich gehe zu keinem anderen Arzt , sehr zu empfehlen !! Ich bedanke mich für die nette , aufmerksame Betreuung jedesmal aufs Neue. Lg Nihada Very competent doctor. I have been a patient of his for over 20 years. Very nice team. Takes his time and explains understandably. I will not go to any other doctor, highly recommended!! K	Konstantin Bovsunovskiy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applied 3 month for whole family (4 people) appointment for 15:00. Was rejected as in there records we were scheduled at 9:00. Zero customer service. No proactive contact to confirm appointment. Overvalued . Not reccomended. Stay away from this clinic.
