Der Artz und Assistenten waren kompetent und freundlich und nett aber die Assistenitin , die im Artzzimmer war, war sehr unfreundlich und frech. Als der Artz das Zimmer verließ um ein Blatt für Brille für mich zu nehmen( Ich habe vergessen wie heißt das Blatt) bin ich aufgestanden und wusste nicht dass ich dort warten sollte oder verlasse das Zimmer und diese Frau hat sehr wütend gesagt und fast geschrien Vorne! Ohne witere Worter!dieses Verhalten der Frau habe ich sehr unhöflich gefunden I was there a while ago. The doctor and assistant were competent and friendly and nice, but the assistant who was in the doctor's room was very rude and rude. When the doctor left the room to take a sheet for glasses for me (I forgot what the sheet was called) I got up and didn't know that I should wait there or left the room and this woman said very angrily and almost yelled at the front ! Without any further words! I found this behavior of the woman very impolite

Das sollte eigentlich ohne Probleme funktionieren, sie haben aber abgelehnt. Die Dame an der Anmeldung war sehr inkompetent und frech. Ich werde bei der Ärztekammer eine Beschwerde schreiben. I was in the ordination today and wanted a copy of my daughter's last license for the contact lenses. That should work without any problems, but they refused. The lady at the registration desk was very incompetent and rude. I will write a complaint to the Medical Association.

Man fühlt sich in der Praxis sehr wohl, es geht alles sehr zügig und alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das ganze Team hat mir meine Angst genommen und mir sehr weiter geholfen, vielen Dank dafür. Dr. med. Todor Toschkov is a great doctor. A lot of empathy, skills and knowledge. You feel very comfortable in the practice, everything goes very quickly and all employees are very friendly. The whole team took away my fear and helped me a lot, thank you very much for that.
S	Sandra S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier stimmt einfach ALLES: Untersuchungsräume mit modernen Geräten, zwei große, helle Wartebereiche mit bequemen Sesseln, ein freundliches und gut koordiniertes Team, kurze Wartezeiten zwischen den einzelnen Untersuchungen und nicht zuletzt ein kompetenter, sympathischer Arzt, der einem das gute Gefühl gibt, in besten Händen zu sein, sich Zeit für seine Patienten nimmt und alles verständlich erklärt. Ich kann diese Ordination nur empfehlen! EVERYTHING is just right here: examination rooms with modern equipment, two large, bright waiting areas with comfortable armchairs, a friendly and well-coordinated team, short waiting times between the individual examinations and, last but not least, a competent, friendly doctor who gives you the good feeling that you are in the best of hands hands, takes time for his patients and explains everything in an understandable way. I can only recommend this ordination!

Their staff are very friendly, professional, and they pay attention to all details. Doctor is also very kind, competent, and friendly. When I met him it was as if we know each other for years. I went there from the other side of the city but will go back again if necessary and recommend it to anyone reading this. Waiting time was also very acceptable. They also offer online reservation which is very convenient.
