S	Sabine Brettmaisser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz Termin sehr lange Wartezeit über 1,5 Std und das mit einem Kleinkind. Das Team war sehr nett. Die Ärztin selber würde ich nicht empfehlen. Trotz festgestellter Weitsichtigkeit wurde weder das konkrete Ausmaß bestimmt, noch eine Behandlungsmethode vorgeschlagen. Es wurde lediglich ein Kontrolltermin in einem Jahr vermerkt. Despite appointment very long wait over 1.5 hours and with a toddler. The team was very nice. I would not recommend the doctor herself. Despite established farsightedness neither the concrete extent was determined, nor a treatment method proposed. Only one inspection date was recorded in one year.

R	Roman Longo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute in der Praxis, ich wurde von einem freundlichen personal empfangen und kann auch nur selbiges über den Arzt sagen. die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr gemütlich und über einen lift problemlos erreichbar. alle untersuchungen waren sehr kompetent und gingen sehr rasch, und technisch auf dem neusten stand! sehr empfehlenswert! Was in the practice today, I was welcomed by a friendly staff and can only say the same about the doctor. the rooms are very comfortable and easily accessible via a lift. all examinations were very competent and went very quickly, and technically up to date! highly recommended!

Doktor gerufen zur finalen Besprechung. Megahappy, danke! Most organized practice I have ever experienced. There are several stations for measuring the eyes in different ways and then you are called to the doctor for the final discussion. Mega happy, thank you!

Bei einem akuten Problem kommt man ohne Termin an die Reihe, was ich super finde. Da warte ich auch gerne etwas, wenn ich einen Termin mit Voranmeldung habe. Ich kann diese Ordination nur empfehlen! Zumal ich als Neu-Patientin gleich aufgenommen wurde. Great doctor, great team. Very friendly! Always quite busy, but perfectly coordinated! If you have an acute problem, you get your turn without an appointment, which I think is great. I also like to wait a bit if I have an appointment with advance notice. I can only recommend this ordination! Especially since I was accepted straight away as a new patient.

On the first day it was a younger doc but I had to wait an hour and a half and an hour on the second appointment. I was very disappointed by her manners and highly regret to have wasted my time.

Prepare to wait at least 1 hour and without ANY apology. This week, only after 40 minutes waiting they called me to do the pre-checks. I complained I had been taking time off work, and that I booked the appointment months in advance, and they did not even offer an apology. I was told I needed to get some drops that would make me see blurry for some hours but since I was driving to my appointment, I couldn't get this done. This is a gross disrespect for your clients. You could have informed me to NOT drive on the day of the appointment. I had to be reschedule for the next day. Unfortunately I as (quite) late and then I was told they couldn't see me anymore. So... it is ok that you keep your clients waiting one hour, and that you make me go again due to your poor information, but then it is not ok when I am late... My, and our, time as clients is as valuable as yours. I'll be looking for a new eye doctor who is more respectful with people. By the way... talking about this with other coworkers, they told me they also have to wait one hour every time at Dr. Seher.
