S	Siegfried Lechner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terminvereinbarung war telefonisch nicht möglich, da immer besetzt (anscheinend ein gutes Zeichen). Ok, dann eben persönlich vorbei gegangen und Termin ausgemacht. Beim Termin gab es keine Wartezeiten dafür aber eine freundliche Aufnahme. Dr. Arnold selbst machte einen kompetenten und überaus freundlichen Eindruck. Top Beratung und man hatte nicht den Eindruck, er will einem was aufschwätzen, ganz im Gegenteil. Appointment was not possible by phone, as always busy (apparently a good sign). Ok, then just passed by personally and made an appointment. At the appointment there was no waiting but a friendly reception. Dr. Arnold himself made a competent and very friendly impression. Top advice and you did not have the impression, he wants to chalk up something, quite the contrary.

Kaum Wartezeit trotz gutem Besuch! Friendly service and a competent, understanding doctor who doesn't talk to you and doesn't give you the feeling that you don't have much time! Hardly any waiting time despite a good visit!

M	Mary Bubu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der doktor an sich ist sehr nett und hilfreich, er hat auch mir zugehört und Alternativen gegeben aber man muss sagen die Rezeption ist dermaßen unfreundlich und die Deutsch-Kenntnisse waren nicht wirklich gut. Musste tausendmal erklären worum es geht und deswegen war dann hinter mir eine schlange. Leider personal unorganisiert. The doctor himself is very nice and helpful, he also listened to me and gave alternatives, but you have to say the reception is so unfriendly and the knowledge of German was not really good. Had to explain a thousand times what it was about and that's why there was a snake behind me. Unfortunately staff unorganized.

Very friendly people. No waiting time when you have an appointment, and everything goes quickly. The doctor and the front desk are very friendly and understandable.
F	Fiona W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noch nie so eine unfreundliche Rezeptionistin/Sprechstundenhilfe erlebt!!!! Habe vor 2 Wochen einen Termin ausgemacht für den 21.09. Ich habe heute angerufen um den Termin nochmals zu bestätigen und zu fragen ob spontan heute ein Termin möglich ist. Die Dame meint, dass kein Termin unter meinem Namen gebucht worden ist und sie auch keine Zeit hat, fuer mich nachzuschauen ob es doch auf einen anderen Tag gebucht war. Sehr ungeduldig und zeigt überhaupt kein Verständnis!!!!!! Finde ich sehr schade, dass es an der Terminvergabe wegen der unfreundlichen und inkompetenten Rezeptionistin scheitert, denn man liest nur gutes über den Arzt. Never experienced such an unfriendly receptionist / office hour help !!!! I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for the 21.09. I called today to confirm the appointment again and to ask if an appointment is possible today. The lady says that no appointment has been booked under my name and that she does not have time to check for me whether it was booked for another day. Very impatient and shows no understanding at all !!!!!! I think it's a shame that appointments fail because of the unfriendly and incompetent receptionist, because you only read good things about the doctor.
