★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin leider wegen meiner immer wieder kehrenden Augenentzündungen oft ein Notfall und bis jetzt immer SOFORT (natürlich mit Wartezeiten, die hat man fast überall) behandelt worden. Eben wegen der jahrzehntelangen Probleme mit den Augen, habe ich schon einige Ärzte und Ambulanten erlebt und ich kann nur sagen, dass Frau Dr. Schmetterer ist sehr kompetent und sehr nett ist und sie hat mein vollstes Vertrauen. Dass mittlerweile immer mehr Ärzte (auch Ambulatorien) keine neue Patienten nehmen können, ist die Schuld der Politik und nicht der Ärzte. Dass man telefonisch schwer durchkommt, stimmt allerdings, nehme ich aber gerne in Kauf, wenn ich medizinisch gut aufgehoben bin.
Unfortunately, because of my constantly recurring ophthalmia, I am often an emergency and have always been treated IMMEDIATELY (of course, with waiting times, which are almost everywhere). Exactly because of the decades of problems with the eyes, I have already experienced some doctors and ambulants and I can only say that Dr. med. Schmetterer is very competent and very nice and she has my complete confidence. That now more and more doctors (even ambulatories) can not take new patients, is the fault of the policy and not the doctors. It is true that it is hard to get by phone, but I like to accept it if I am in good medical condition.
