D	Doris Himmelhoch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin super zufrieden mit der Behandlung. Das Team ist sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Termine werden pünktlich eingehalten und Terminänderungen funktionieren reibungslos. Auch der Reminde per SMS an den nächsten Termin ist sehr hilfreich. Die Räumlichkeiten sind hell und freundlich und immer sehr sauber. Schlechte Bewertungen sind wohl veraltetet. Auch die Möglichkeit sich dort vom Arzt untersuchen zu lassen habe ich in Anspruch genommen - sehr kompetent! I am super satisfied with the treatment. The team is very, very nice and accommodating. The appointments are kept on time and changes to appointments work smoothly. The reminder of the next appointment by SMS is also very helpful. The rooms are bright and friendly and always very clean. Bad reviews are out of date. I also took the opportunity to be examined by the doctor there - very competent!

Nicht zu empfehlen I was also in this institute once, there was a cheeky lady with curly hair, I think from Turkey or something, very unfriendly and very cheeky. Not recommendable

Mit meiner Physiotherpeutin (glaub Miriam hieß sie, ich merke mir Namen sehr schlecht) verstand ich mich super. Also ich kann reha med mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. LG Akkus Had massage, physical therapy and electrotherapy there. Everything worked great and the employees are polite and courteous. I got on really well with my physiotherapist (I think her name was Miriam, I don't remember names very well). So I can recommend reha med with a clear conscience. LG batteries
S	Suzane B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich möchte eine Bewertung über die eine Dunkelhaarige mit langen Haar am Empfang des Instituts die immer auf der rechten Seite sitzt, was sagen zuerst möchte ich ihr einen Rat geben ein bisschen mit Freundlichkeit von Zuhause weggehen denn die Patientin die das Institut besuchen kommen manchmal das erste Mal und wissen nicht wie das dort funktioniert, sie ist sehr unfreundlich und genervt. Ich persönlich werde dieses Institut nicht mehr in Anspruch nehmen I would like a review about the one dark-haired woman with long hair at the reception desk of the institute who always sits on the right side, what to say first I would like to give her some advice to leave home a bit with kindness because the patients who visit the institute sometimes come first Mal and don't know how it works there, she is very unfriendly and annoyed. Ich war ziemlich überrascht, alle waren nett und professionell. Ich kann mich nicht beklagen. Nice people at reception. I was very pleased. I read the reviews beforehand as some had bad experiences here. I was quite surprised, everyone was nice and professional. I can not complain.

Die Therapeuten sind nicht arbeitswillig, gestresst, inkompetent und lassen diese negative Arbeitshaltung ohne Umschweife auch den Patienten direkt spüren. Auch frühmorgens kommen sie bereits mit einer negativen Haltung in das Zentrum, Konflikte werden öffentlich vor den Patienten ausgetragen. Die Privatsphäre wird nicht garantiert, da es keine abgetrennten Räume für die Patienten gibt. Es wird ununterbrochen Smalltalk und ‘running Gags’ geführt, das Radio läuft. Für Entspannung (z.B. Entspannungsmusik oder einfach nur Ruhe! Während der Massage) wird keinesfalls gesorgt. Ich hatte noch nie so schlechte Erfahrungen bei einer Physiotherapie, und habe nach 6 Versuchen abgebrochen, da ich mich nach der Behandlung schlechter fühle als davor. Hier sollte einiges umstrukturiert werden. Unfortunately, this therapy center, which is also called rehabilitation, is anything but one. The therapists are not willing to work, are stressed, incompetent and let the patient directly feel this negative work attitude without hesitation. Even early in the morning they come to the center with a negative attitude, and conflicts are dealt with publicly in front of the patients. Privacy is not guaranteed as there are no separate rooms for patients. There is non-stop small talk and 'running gags', the radio is on. Relaxation (e.g. relaxation music or just rest! During the massage) is not provided under any circumstances. I've never had such a bad experience with physical therapy, and quit after 6 attempts because I feel worse after the treatment than before. Something needs to be restructured here.

Als ich dann nach den Terminen persönlich fragen wollte, sagte mir die Rezeptionistin, dass sie mir diese mit diesen Überweisung nicht geben könne. Das Personal hier ist eindeutig nicht arbeitswillig und hält die Patienten ohne Hilfe in Schmerzen. after calling 2 times I was asked to include hot therapy with the referral. When I then wanted to ask about the dates personally, the receptionist told me that she could not give them to me with this transfer. The staff here are clearly unwilling to work and keep the patients unassisted in pain.

Die Rezeptionistinen sind ebenfalls sehr nett ich persönlich kann die negativen Rezesionen nicht nachvollziehen, man sollte halt auch die Grundregeln (bitte , danke ) auch beherrschen können. Termine werden pünktlich eingehalten und Terminänderungen funktionieren reibungslos. Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen freue mich jedes mal aufs neue. I am super happy with the treatment.
