Auch als wir mal wegen einer augenkrankheit hineingschoben worden sind, waren die Wartezeit nicht so extrem hab es mir schlimmer vorgestellt. Eine ordentliche Untersuchung braucht halt mal zeit I've been a patient there for over 10 years, and so is my son, so we will stay. With children, they are fully empathetic and explain everything. Even when we were pushed in because of an eye disease, the waiting time wasn't that extreme, I imagined it to be worse. A proper examination takes time

Bitte dies bei Terminvergabe erwähnen - es ist ein wichtiger Faktor, denn man kann sich nicht einfach einen halben Tag für simple Untersuchung nehmen. The simple examination takes 3 hours. Far too many people are booked, but there is a shortage of doctors. Please mention this when making an appointment - it is an important factor because you cannot simply take half a day for a simple examination.

Hier ist man mehr als eine Nummer, mir wurde sogar schon Kaffee angeboten. Besonders toll ist, dass man im gleichen Haus überaus modische Brillen nicht nur anprobieren, sondern mit engagierter Beratung empfohlen bekommt. Ich kann jedem empfehlen sich über die Ortho-K Linsen zu erkundigen, eine fantastische Methode der nicht invasiven Sehstärkenkorrektur ohne Brille oder Kontaktlinsen die tagsüber stören. Die Kontaktlinsenabteilung ist top modern und erfahren. Die einzigen Arzttermine auf die ich mich freue. I've been coming to the Eyefactory regularly and with pleasure for almost 10 years. Most of the employees are very friendly and professional. You're more than a number here, I've even been offered coffee. What is particularly great is that you can not only try on extremely fashionable glasses in the same store, but also get recommended recommendations with dedicated advice. I recommend everyone to inquire about Ortho-K lenses, a fantastic method of non-invasive vision correction without glasses or contact lenses getting in the way during the day. The contact lens department is very modern and experienced. The only doctor's appointments I look forward to.
R	Romana Berger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: man bekommt relativ schnell einen Termin. Auch einen Akuttermin, den ich brauchte, habe ich schnell bekommen. Negativ: ich finde es befremdlich, dass der Arzt seine Maske unterm Kinn trägt und die Maske ihre besten Tage schon hinter sich hat. Für mich ist das in einer Ordination, gerade in einem Bereich der mit Schleimhäuten zu tun hat (Auge eben) kein annehmbares Verhalten. Denn wenn der Arzt eine abgeranzte Maske unterm Kinn trägt, muss ich mich fragen, wie es mit der restlichen Hygiene aussieht. Mir ist klar, dass es nicht angenehm ist, den ganzen Tag die Maske tragen zu müssen. Aber so offensichtlich vor den Patienten drauf zu sch**** finde ich komisch. Positive: You can get an appointment relatively quickly. I was also able to get an urgent appointment that I needed quickly. Cons: I find it strange that the doctor wears his mask under his chin and the mask is past its prime. For me, this is not acceptable behavior in an ordination, especially in an area that has to do with mucous membranes (eyes). Because when the doctor wears a worn-out mask under his chin, I have to ask myself what the rest of the hygiene is like. I realize that having to wear the mask all day is not comfortable. But I think it's funny that it's so obvious that it's f*cking in front of the patients.
C	Christoph Schnedlitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die ärztliche Betreuung war sehr schnell und sehr gut. Das Brille Rezept im Optiker Bereich zu machen ist hingegen ein schlechter Witz. Ich musste deshalb 20 Minuten warten, weil Optiker Beratungsgespräche mit anderen Leuten gemacht wurden. Da fühle ich mich nicht als Patient, sondern als Zielgruppe. Das ärztliche Rezept nur vom Optiker ausgehändigt wird, obwohl sich dort lange Schlangen bilden, hat reine kommerzielle Motive und ist patientenfeindlich. Schade, das ganze Personal und auch der Optiker waren sehr bemüht. The medical care was very quick and very good. Making the glasses prescription in the optician's area, on the other hand, is a bad joke. I therefore had to wait 20 minutes because opticians were doing consultations with other people. I don't feel like a patient, but rather a target group. The doctor's prescription is only handed out by the optician, although long queues form there, has purely commercial motives and is hostile to patients. Too bad, the whole staff and the optician tried very hard.

They were talking about the percentages and the holiday trip that I can win if I buy my glasses NOW. No talk whatsoever what is wrong with my eyes...didn't listen to my problems...just get the glasses for 350 Euros and off with you...
