Meine Platzangst wurde nicht belächelt im Gegenteil sogar ernst genommen, mir wurde geraten zu drücken wenn es nicht mehr geht :) musste nicht drücken weil das Team mich vorher „ja“ beruhigt hatte :) Danke nochmal. The whole team is friendly, competent and understanding. Had an MRI with you. My claustrophobia was not smiled at, on the contrary, it was taken seriously, I was advised to press if it was no longer possible :) didn't have to press because the team had reassured me "yes" beforehand :) Thanks again.

Ärzte nehmen sich Zeit, sind freundlich und kompetent und geben bei Nachfragen auch gerne weitere Informationen. Auch bei der Terminvergabe wird alles daran gesetzt, heikle Untersuchungen so schnell wie möglich zu festzulegen. Die Befunde werden sehr schnell erstellt und sind online abrufbar. Kann das Institut nur wärmstens empfehlen. I've been to the X-ray Institute several times. Can only report positive things. Das gesamte Team ist gut eingespielt, stets sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, kompetent und genau. Der Ablauf der Untersuchung ist angenehm, ruhig und dennoch zügig, Wartezeit ist quasi nicht vorhanden. The lady at the reception was very rude and she even treated me with some rudeness when I asked if there was someone who could speak English. After a while she called another girl who told me to call next day to make the appointment. When I called the person who answered on the phone was very nice. The date of the appointment was quick, the waiting time was also fast but definitely the reception staff do not show any kind of empathy or respect. The doctor who treated me also showed a lot of lack of professionalism. I even apologized to the doctor just in case she misinterpreted something I said but I felt like they basically kicked me out of the room. I don't like giving bad reviews but they should be a little more polite and considerate. In my case, I was very scared and curious because it was the first time I had done this type of images and I felt that they treated me in a rude way. On the other hand , regarding the installations and hygiene of the facility I found it very good.

Young lady and Old woman in the reception were so friendly and guided me on ways of collecting the observations in more clear way. Lady who was working in other department also so kind enough in updating me about to wait for 5-10 mins. A very caring , emphathetic and friendly lady performed Xray with more professional way and i was treated more friendly during the time .Waiting time is very less. Happy to come back again . Cool and hygiene ambience.

I could not hear her voice at the end because of the loudness of the surrounding, but I didn’t think it’s necessary to yell with the aggressive eyes. However, the Sono doctor in the room 11 was very nice and professional. And the result came shorty on the same day. Overall I will recommend this place.
