★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely compact hotel, superbly run from the warm and ever helpful reception staff all the way through to the cleaners. Situated perfectly for all the restaurant, bars and offerings that Zell has on offer. Will definitely be back !

Our apartment was big, with 96 square meters, right enough for 6 people. Two bathrooms are necessary for 6 people, and our apartment had 2 big bathrooms. Wellness (jacuzzi and sauna) after skiing is something unforgettable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another excellent stay at the Feinscheck. Jessika, Ursula and the rest of the team are all very friendly. The rooms are a good size and in very good condition. Breakfast is lovely. Superb location. We were a large group of about a dozen guys. Great fun, we'll be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A top class experience in terms of service and facilities. Ursula and the rest of the Feinschmeck team responded to all of our requests eagerly and promptly. It was the first time traveling with our 9-month old daughter and they made it a breeze. Apartment 503 was perfect for us as s couple + infant.
A fantastic location in Zell am See. It doesn't get better than this in the pedestrian district of town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the location may be desirable for being downtown and in walking distance of the ski-lift, my family and I will not be staying here again; every night between the hours of 10pm and 3am there was no chance of getting any sleep since the bar beneath the hotel apparently hosts large groups of chatty people on top of playing loud, disturbing music. So unless you are an avid club-goer or you don't like to get a good night sleep, I do not recommend staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an awful experience. Not comfortable at all. Very noisy and you can’t sleep all night. Absolutely very rude staff! Elevator doesn’t reach 3rd floor onwards. Breakfast is not fresh nor edible. We won’t consider visiting Zell am See again because they really made us hate it. Very racist to Arabs and Muslims.
Doesn’t deserve even a single star. What a waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I have stayed at this hotel for the last 4 years now and love everything about it. Ursula and the team are so friendly and helpful and cater for all your needs. There is always 5/6 of us so we always use one of the big rooms which is just perfect for a group of men. The location is excellent with everything you need on your doorstep and the gondolas only a simple 10 minute walk. The hotel also has spa facilities which is always nice after a long days ski (or late night!). Booking with Ursula is easy and we will continue to use this friendly, clean and convenient hotel.
