P	Peter Gogin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High traffic noise on rooms facing road. Large fine if you are back later than 11pm and forget your key. Don't expect a cup.of coffee if you have a departure before 7am, food good and staff friendly on the whole. Room spacious and clean.

We order rare, and the combination of foods put in my mouth were phenomenal. Simply prefect. The meat did not even need to be chewed, it just melted in my mouth. The starters were incredible, and the deserts have inspired me! House red wine was a beautiful wine, strong enough to stand up to every course, and always complimenting the food. All in all, extremely well thought out menu, with brilliant service and a Chef who you can taste, loves his job! Well done! We will come again!
T	ThePompmeister on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allegedly a 4* hotel. Room size was ok, very loud, no kettle or coffee facilities and no toiletries in the bathroom. I have stayed in 2 and 3 star hotels with more on offer. Breakfast was terrible served until 10am and they always started to pack away at 09:30 and expected you to be out by 10:05. The service was incredibly slow (not just breakfast)and although we were told we had a table for the week for breakfast someone was sitting at ‘our’ table every day so we were constantly having to ask where to sit. Very glad we decided not to go half board and have dinner as well. There was clearly a lack of staff and a high turn over. There was also a very clear difference between how returning and regular guests were treated and first timers. Basically an ok experience as far as the property goes, but other than that on the service and experience side severely lacking! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else looking to stay in Zell am See

The service is great, we had free apetizer (carrot cake), as main my vegan risotto (made of lentil, barley and eggplan soy falafel) is worth having. They serve fondu (as of 2 people), and various meat dishes.

R	Radim Klimek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not usually so strict, but I have to be here. So I do not evaluate accommodation, but only food and service. The soup was really bad and the portion was small. You have to call the waiter three times for coffee milk. I would expect a bigger show compare to how high the prices are.
