★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Anfang kann ich nur sagen, dass Personal sehr unfreundlich sind!
We were here today. We eat Apfelstrudel. They were not good, and i wanted just water from "Wasserhahn", they added it also in to my Bill. But for me most important thing is "hospitality" and "customer service". 2 Women , both of them, definitely they had not it. My friend's phone died , so she needed to charge her phone, they just said you can charge it near by toilet. She kindly ask that but isn't that possible, when you will take it near by bar. They said no. + After i paid my bill they gave me more money, as they should give. I gave it back, but waitress didn't even say "thank you". So, unfortunately i was not glad to be there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffe was good , also the dessert was good got the carrot cake. Am keepinh one star because at that time there was no payment with card at all only cash which is not prefferd during COVID time

But,
The service requires major customer orientation improvement and understanding.
On top of it, separate invoice for every item in the same order, one for the coffee another one for the cake, third for the cream...u got the idea.
credit cards aren't accepted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We travelled from St Johhan for a visit to zell am zee, this place looked nice so we stopped for a coffee and cake, the waitress an older lady was rude to us and would not accommodate us sitting inside as we had a baby, we ended up outside in the cold. She was rude and above her station !! Left us with a bad impression of the place. We love St Johhan everyone more friendly and welcoming. Lesson learnt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good cakes selection and quite decent coffee, but overpriced and service was not great. Please be aware we could not pay by card. The waitress quite rudely pointed at a cash point when we wanted to pay by card. Very suprised that they only took cash as a form of payment without making it clear to the customers on arrival or when making an order. Apart from that it was OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought only Ice cream, it taste barley fine, but we both had really bad stomachache just like 20 minutes after we ate it, and it might be the first time ever that I have felt sick after eating ice-cream,,
So I'm not sure about other stuff, but the ice cream is a definite BAD choice,,
