Very nice and beautifully designed museum. The lady in the museum office was very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Интересный современный музей в необычном старинном здании в самом центре города. Внутри про историю города и ближайшей округи. Хватает интересных видео и есть интерактив. Из иностранных языков пока только английский. Внутри нельзя фотографировать. Планируйте минимум 1 час, если готовы читать, слушать и изучать то, что внутри.
Obenstehende Bewertung ist für russischsprachige Gäste. Vielen Dank für ein interessantes und modernes Museum! Es wäre gut, weitere Sprachen hinzuzufügen. Und ein Fotografierverbot ist nicht modern.
An interesting modern museum in an unusual old building in the very center of the city. Inside about the history of the city and the surrounding area. There are enough interesting videos and there is an interactive one. So far, only English is among the foreign languages. You cannot take pictures inside. Plan for at least 1 hour if you're ready to read, listen, and explore what's inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Vogtturm (formerly Kastner Tower ) is located in the Fuscher or Thurnhaus in Zell am See on the corner of the square to the Dreifaltigkeitsgasse and the Turmplatzl . The term Kastner Tower goes back to the long-standing connection to the family Kastner (from 1789 to 1951), the Tower in old Abbey was called Fusch- or Thurnhaus. His is probably the oldest secular structure in Zell am See.
