D	Didrik Lind on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed staying here alooot. Was here for a conference with a group of about 50 people. We demanded plenty of attention and were served very well by the staff in many ways. Breakfast works for us allergic people, and I was able to order e.g gluten free(celiaki), egg free stuff?. For the one who likes sauna or jacuzzi, take note! Thnx Nadje for letting me handle the music in the bar one of those nights ??. I do definitely recommend this hotel for any other visiting Zell am se.

The receptionist was really nice and helpful, she offered complete information about everything related to our stay there plus some dinner recommendations. A big plus was the gluten-free bread available at breakfast; there’s lots of options to choose from and have a nice breakfast to start your day. The bed was the most comfortable bed we slept in our 11 day trip, and that says a lot considering how important a good night sleep is when having stops in a different city almost every night. Wi-Fi connection was also good and stable and a nice touch was having tap water in our room and a water heater for tea or instant vitamins. Location wise, it’s really close to downtown which makes it only a nice walk away. As recommendation would be to offer free parking to guests, that would be a really nice touch instead of paying €14 / night for it. Would also be nice if the spa is open later than 9pm, sadly we didn’t get a chance to try it because we arrived after closing time.

The premises are well managed and have a traditional Austrian quaintness. The location is perfect in the heart of the old town. All in all a great place to stay that completes your Zell am See experience.

The facilities are first rate, the room was spacious and comfortable but what really stood out were the staff. They are all friendly and attentive and really made our stay enjoyable so a big thank you to them
R	Russell Tremain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, firstly fantastic staff who always were on hand to help. Excellent breakfast and evening meal. Great room and facilities. The swimming pool and spa were most pleasing and the evening atmosphere in the bar area was very nice. Of course the hotel’s prime location within the town is brilliant and only a short walk away from the city express gondola. I will definitely be going back next year!
