★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte ervaringen met deze mensen. Ze hebben het geboekte materiaal niet op voorraad en je krijgt ouder materiaal mee. Kom morgen maar terug, en zo gaat het de hele week door. We zijn er elke langs geweest in onze skiweek en een passende oplossing is niet geboden. Uiteindelijk op onze strepen gaan staan, en de politie werd gebeld door de bedrijfsleider. Mensen ga hier niet naar toe; je wordt bedonderd waar je bij staat
 Very bad experiences with these people. They do not have the booked material in stock and you will receive older material. Come back tomorrow, and it goes on for the whole week. We have visited every one during our ski week and a suitable solution is not required. Eventually stood on our stripes, and the police were called by the manager. People don't go here; you become embarrassed in front of you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolles Sortiment und für jedermann was dabei. Bikeverleih gibt es dort auch, super Preise.
Very friendly staff, made us feel very comfortable. Great assortment and something for everyone. There is also bike rental there, great prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consultants spend about a minute per person that's why I was given the wrong size and faulty skis on the first day. Lady on the checkout was trying to "sell" insurance on the equipment (£20) saying that it was very frequently stolen in the resort. Also, check the final bill as they casually give much more expensive equipment than was asked for (e.g. VIP instead of intermediate) resulting in a +£40 price.
