Service very rude, talking to friends on the phone is more important to the civil servant than the local citizen in front of her in the office!

Passamt und Führerscheinstelle sind vorbildlich für ganz Österreich - Und vermutlich ist bei den anderen Abteilungen genau so. Bitte weiter so ! Dienstag Nachmittag beantragt, und am Freitag stand schon der Postbote mit dem Dokument vor der Tür. (natürlich in der gleichen Woche) The speed at which I got my passport surprised me. Tuesday afternoon requested, and on Friday was already the postman with the document in front of the door. (of course in the same week)
S	Sir Toxic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles Unterbelichtete Mitarbeiter, keiner kann irgendwas, anscheinend wird man heutzutage für das vergessen von Sachen bezahlt, ich habe vor 3 wochen meinen A1 Führerschein abgegeben und das geld gezahlt für den B führerschein nach 3 wochen hab ich ihn immer noch nichr zu gestellt bekommen, ich habe angerufen und gefragt wo der bleibt und mir wurde gesagt et wurde vergessen zu versenden, und hätt ich nicht angerufen wäre sie nicht draufgekommen, also mehr als eine frechheit mit dem vorläufigen führerschein darf ich nicht nach deutschland fahren und darf mein hotel in deutschland stonieren Super arbeit von ubsere Behörde in Zell, solche leute gehören einfach nur zum AMS! All underexposed employees, nobody can do anything, apparently you get paid for forgetting things nowadays, I gave my A1 driving license 3 weeks ago and paid the money for the B driving license after 3 weeks, I still couldn't get it, I I called and asked where it was and I was told it was forgotten to send, and if I hadn't called she wouldn't have figured it out, so more than a cheek with the provisional driver's license I can't go to Germany and can stonify my hotel in Germany Super work by the local authority in Zell, such people just belong to the AMS!
A	Andre As on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An der Führerscheinstelle ist nur Barzahlung möglich. Das ist ein No-Go für eine Behörde. Die Dame war sehr freundlich und arbeitete effizient. Only cash payments are possible at the driving license office. This is a no-go for an authority. The lady was very friendly and efficient.

M	Magdalena Siegmanns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich wie unfreundlich und inkompetent die Damen und Herren sind. Alleine die Dame von der Vermittlung, absolut unfreundlich und hört sich jedes Mal so an als wäre sie kurz vorm einschlafen. Danach kommt man erstmal mindestens 20 Minuten in die Warteschleife. Und dann darf man sich weiter ärgern und sogar herum diskutieren weil sich niemand auskennt. Wie gesagt, absolut unfreundlich und inkompetent. Unbelievable how rude and incompetent the ladies and gentlemen are. Alone the lady from the exchange, absolutely unfriendly and always sounds as if she was about to fall asleep. After that you have to wait in line for at least 20 minutes. And then you can continue to get angry and even argue around because nobody knows what's going on. As I said, absolutely rude and incompetent.
