More than 30 calls and a lot of time to wait, transfer of the calls to can speak with somebody. Totally a mess!!! I forgot something in the car, and after one month they reply that nothing was found it. I am sorry to say, but its not looking and acting like an austrian company. I traveling a lot, and I am using regularly this rental services. For sure I will not using them in the future, and I not recomend it to anybody!

The car was, of course, not new and had a few scratches, but it was in perfect working condition, with functioning air conditioning. The staff were attentive and friendly.
A	ARG 1971 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even consider this company. Absolute scam. They will do whatever necessary to charge you more, or they simply won't give you the car. Since I've prepaid my car, when they realized that they could not charge me more, they said that they didn't have cars available. I had to go to another company, and pay more since I didn't have a reservation. Total waste of time and money.
J	John Spooner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my 2nd rental car with Buchbinder rental , yes it's no frills , cheap rentals clean cars , most have seen some high usage km wise , but every runs , never had any car braking down , the staff are plesent and helpful service is quick even quicker when you book online . We had a small Skoda Rapid . Yes it had a few knocks and scratches but it ran brilliantly was great of fuel and for our long weekend was more than enough. There was a couple of new marks on the the car they told me on returning it however due to the cars high usage they did not charge any extra penalty's fee's . I won't mention other Car rental companies that I have used where we got ripped off a couple of times with extra charges added on afterwards . So I can recommend Buchbinders affordable rentals , you can also choose to rent more up market cars from them , but we picked a Festa Type size car . And for less then 200 euro for Friday till later afternoon Sunday that is a very good deal for anyone on a budget or just wants a no frills Cars to get to their destination and back . Then Buchbinder is a excellent place to start. Thanks again for another quick a simple hire and return , and see you again maybe later this year or 2020.

The customer service was great, no queue, the man we saw was polite and upgraded us for free, the car was also new. I didn't take insurance and was not given a hard sell to take it. i returned the car and lady quickly checked it and said it was all okay. Deposit returned and a very good car rental experience. I nearly didnt rent the car because of the bad reviews , sometimes dont listen to these moaning people and take a chance, i saved about 100 euros in the process. Highly recommended
D	DE AB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked via Holiday Cars and got a Buchbinder vehicle. I asked for a small car and was offered a free upgrade but stuck with what I ordered. Everything perfectly ok. At the return after a busy weekend, despite all plans and good intentions, I forgot to refuel the vehicle before returning it. As some companies charge ridiculous prices in such cases (full tank value even if just a little fuel), I was a bit concerned but had already dropped the key so couldn't change things. Thus, I was delighted to receive an invoice only for the actual refuel. Well done Buchbinder and Holiday Cars. Thank you!

They have an internal policy to find 'damage' and charge you the gross price for fixing + their 'cost'. It is probably the oldest trick in the book, but this one is still actively pursuing it - regretfully they cause the business a very bad name. For a scratch on wheel hub of a car with over 30k on the counter, you (or your insurance) will be charged dearly. Consider this before you decide to rent at this company....

The collection and return was simple and everything was smooth, though I do advise to look very carefully at the car and if there is any damage note it before driving away. This us true for all rentals for a peace of mind. Overall I was very happy.
