M	Markus Magood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine neue Kette wurde mit einer art weißer Klebepaste eingeschmiert. Die komplette Schwinge u Felge/reifen kleben und müssen mühsam gereinigt werden. Service dauerte auch länger wie vereinbart. Freundlichkeit ja, ansonsten eher nicht zu empfehlen. My new chain was smeared with a kind of white adhesive paste. Glue the entire swing arm and rim / tire and must be laboriously cleaned. Service also took longer as agreed. Friendliness yes, otherwise not to be recommended.
L	Lucas Ammer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundlich. Nicht zum Empfehlen! Situation: Ich habe meine MT-07 bezüglich der Rückholaktion von Yamaha vorbeigebracht. (Kettenschutzbefestigung) Zusätzlich habe ich bei der Übergabe erwähnt, dass die Verbrauchsanzeige defekt sei. 3 Tage später habe ich meine MT-07 wieder abgeholt und musste feststellen, dass mir 27€ Arbeitszeit verrechnet worden sind. Auf Rückfrage wurde mir erklärt, dass diese Kosten im Laufe der Kontrolle der Verbrauchsanzeige entstanden sind. Der Mitarbeiter meinte, dass es ein Benutzerfehler ist und kein technischer. (Ich habe anscheinend etwas bei meinem Tacho verstellt) Auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen wie man den Tacho auf den Normzustand umstellt, wurde mir auf mürrische Art und Weise gesagt: „Steht eh im Benutzerhandbuch drinnen, dass haben Sie ja wohl bekommen!". Außerdem hat ein Sturzpad auf der linken Seite meiner MT-07 ohne Begründung oder Entschuldigung des Personals gefehlt. Mit den Worten: „Da kann ich Ihnen jetzt auch nicht weiterhelfen“ wurde dieses Problem höchstprofessionell gelöst und man ging wieder zurück ins Büro. Ein Telefonat mit dem Inhaber hat leider auch nicht geholfen. Dieser vertritt die selbe Philosophie wie seine Mitarbeiter, wenn es um das Thema Kundenfreundlichkeit geht. Werde denen nie wieder mein Motorrad anvertrauen. Inkompetent und unfreundlich, legen keinen Wert auf Kundenservice. Ich bereue meine Maschine dort gekauft zu haben. Machen Sie nicht den gleichen Fehler! Very impolite. Not to be recommended! Situation: I brought my MT-07 over regarding the Yamaha recall campaign. (Chain guard attachment) I also mentioned when handing over that the consumption indicator was defective. 3 days later I picked up my MT-07 and found that I had been charged € 27 for working hours. When I asked, I was told that these costs were incurred in the course of checking the consumption display. The employee said it was a user error and not a technical one. (I seem to have adjusted something on my speedometer) When I asked several times how to set the speedometer to the normal state, I was told in a sullen way: "It's in the user manual anyway, you probably got that!" In addition, a crash pad was missing on the left side of my MT-07 without any explanation or apology from the staff. With the words: "I can't help you now either" this problem was solved in a highly professional manner and you went back to the office. A phone call with the owner didn't help either. He represents the same philosophy as his employees when it comes to customer friendliness. I will never trust them with my motorcycle again. Incompetent and unfriendly, don't care about customer service. I regret buying my machine there. Don't Make the Same Mistake!
