A	Adam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamen aus Graz wegen einem Motorrad zum Händler. Angekommen hieß es dass wir keine Probe-Fahrt machen können. Nach dem wir dann 20 Minuten gewartet haben, wurde uns erst das Motorrad gezeigt. Uns konnte keinerlei Info über das Motorrad gegeben werden. "Hat das Motorrad ein Serviceheft? " -"keine Ahnung, weiß ich nicht ". Nach einem zähen hin und her, hatten wir einen Preis verhandelt. Als wir dann im plötzlich gefundenen Serviceheft gesehen haben das 4 Jahre lang kein Service am Motorrad gemacht wurde, riss uns der Verkäufer das Heft aus der Hand und antworte trocken " Motorrad wird nicht verkauft ". Umsonst nach Wien gefahren.. Came to the dealer from Graz because of a motorcycle. When we arrived it was said that we could not do a test drive. After we waited 20 minutes, we were only shown the motorcycle. We could not be given any information about the motorcycle. "Does the motorcycle have a service book?" - "I have no idea, I don't know". After a tough back and forth, we negotiated a price. When we suddenly found in the service booklet that there was no service on the motorcycle for 4 years, the seller tore the booklet out of our hands and answered dryly "Motorcycle is not sold". Driven to Vienna for free ..

M	Martin Hell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für mich die einzig wahre Werkstatt. Leider kann man hier nur 5 Sterne vergeben, denn in Wahrheit hätte sich Herr Guggenberger 5000 Sterne verdient. Ich fahre jedesmal von Kärnten zur Firma Ossimoto, alleine wegen der Werkstatt. Herr Guggenberger ist ein Meister seines Faches. Sollte es ihn einmal nicht mehr geben, werde ich die Marke wechseln. Vor kurzem ein Motorrad gekauft. Die Gesamte Abwicklung durch Herrn Guggenberger war einmalig. Danke an den besten Mechaniker in ganz Österreich. Die Werkstatt ist ein absoluter Traum. Und das Kapital dieser Firma. Vielen Dank noch einmal. For me the only true workshop. Unfortunately, you can only give 5 stars here, because in truth, Mr. Guggenberger would have earned 5000 stars. Every time I drive from Carinthia to the Ossimoto company, just because of the workshop. Mr. Guggenberger is a master in his field. Should it ever no longer exist, I'll change brands. Recently bought a motorcycle. The entire process by Mr. Guggenberger was unique. Thanks to the best mechanic in all of Austria. The workshop is an absolute dream. And the capital of this company. Thanks again.
R	Robert Feistritzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mechaniker sind einfach eine Wucht. Seit Jahren lasse ich unsere Vespen und Triumphis bei Ossi warten, immer wieder fahre ich gerne hin. Auch der Chef, Ossi himself, wird auf seine alten Tage noch richtig umgänglich ?. Wobei er sicher ein goldenes Herz hat. Alles in allem: Werkstätten wie diese sucht man mittlerweile, denn meistens findet man Hightech-Werkstätten mit. ölen Computern, wo man vom Boden essen kann - aber leider keine kompetenten Mechaniker. Bei Ossi ist es umgekehrt. Hier regiert der Mensch und sein Fachwissen. The mechanics are just awesome. For years I have kept our Vesps and Triumphis waiting at Ossi's, and I always enjoy going there. Even the boss, Ossi himself, is still really sociable in his old days ?. Whereby he sure has a golden heart. All in all: you are now looking for workshops like this, because you usually find high-tech workshops too. oil computers where you can eat from the floor - but unfortunately no competent mechanics. With Ossi it's the other way round. This is where people and their specialist knowledge rule.

Sympathetic people, a cool atmosphere, competent advice no matter what the topic, real motorcycle freaks are at work here. I love to come every time.
E	Erwin “saugruessel” Holzinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann mich nur den Vorredner anschließen. Ein Betrieb von Menschen aufgezogen, für Menschen gemacht. Biker für Biker ohne daß man den anderswo oft unguten Eindruck bekommt, mitten in eine "Szene" geraten zu sein. . Freundlich, hilfsbereit und SEHR kompetent, egal mit welchem Mitarbeiter man es gerade zu tun hat, und vor allem fair. Dort weiß man daß es auch Biker gibt die sich ihre Maschine vom Mund abgespart, und bleibt dennoch ein angesehener Freund. So mancher wird wissen und verstehen was ich meine. I can only agree with the previous speaker. A company raised by people, made for people. Bikers for bikers without getting the impression, which is often bad elsewhere, of being in the middle of a "scene". . Friendly, helpful and VERY competent, no matter which employee you are dealing with, and above all fair. There they know that there are also bikers who have saved their machines from their mouths, and still remain a respected friend. Some will know and understand what I mean.

A	Atahan Tepe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte nach einer Vespa gesucht und zahlreiche Händler und deren Preise in Österreich verglichen. Bei Ossi Moto war einfach der beste Preis, selbst wenn andere noch irgendwelche Goodies verschenken (bzw. damit werben...) - der Preis, die Zeit die man sich nimmt und die fachmännische Beratung sind TOP! Es ist eine kleine, aber feine Werkstatt mit einem Verkaufsoffice in einem Container - da wird eben Geld gespart, wo sinnvoll aber nicht bei Service, Info und Leistung - dafür gibts eben Top-Preise. Meine Vespa erhielt ich sogar vollgetankt, und mit 2 kleinen Extras "auf Haus". Besonderen Dank an Herrn Holzapfel, der sich echt gut auskennt und viele Tipps gab, sowie an den Chef, Herrn Oswald, der auf Grund seiner Historie auch vom Fach ist und nicht "nur Verkäufer". Erreichbar auch sehr leicht, bin extra aus Niederösterreich angereist und vom Westbahnhof sind es ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuss. Had searched for a Vespa and compared numerous dealers and their prices in Austria. At Ossi Moto it was simply the best price, even if others are still giving away some goodies (or advertising them...) - the price, the time you take and the expert advice are TOP! It's a small but fine workshop with a sales office in a container - that's where money is saved, where it makes sense but not in terms of service, information and performance - that's why there are top prices. I even received my Vespa with a full tank and with 2 small extras "at home". Special thanks to Mr. Holzapfel, who really knows his stuff and gave a lot of tips, as well as to the boss, Mr. Oswald, who is also a specialist due to his history and not "just a salesman". It's also very easy to get to, I came from Lower Austria and it's about a 7-minute walk from the Westbahnhof.
