Sehr große, technisch versierte Werkstatt und Autohaus! Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und kompetent! Hatte einen kurzfristigen Termin für Pickert-Service. Alles sehr schnell, und sehr gut durchgeführt. Klare Empfehlung. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Sehr nettes Personal und bisher alles ohne Probleme gelaufen. Heute war es sogar etwas lustig als man zu mir sagte, dass ich das Auto tiefergelegt habe und ob ich eine Genehmigung dafür habe da sie da sehr genau drauf schauen. Listig daran war nur, dass die Federn seit gut 8 Jahren schon verbaut waren. ?

The best service for my Mazda!

The annual service took 2 weeks from the date of the first treatment! The first service application was denied. At the same time, I was told to call Mazda Austria to solve an unusual situation. Masters are extremely incompetent. The recommendation for servicing the warranty car was 2250 euros (replacement of brake discs, shoes, tires). Later it was found out (at another certified center) that all the specified nodes are in order and there is no need to replace them. The car stays in the service for 2 days! The reasons were not explained. Also, the inspection was refused (without providing a verification card). Complains of the operation of the gearbox, the noise of the bearings of the hubs were left without attention and verification. It's just a shame to have such a service in the Capital of Austria! After visiting the center, I will not be able to recommend buying Mazda cars to my colleagues, and because of extremely poor service, I'm not sure that I will choose the car of this company in the nearest future. -------------------------------------------------- Der jährliche Service dauerte 2 Wochen ab dem Datum der ersten Behandlung! Die erste Dienstanwendung wurde abgelehnt. Gleichzeitig wurde mir gesagt, ich solle Mazda Österreich anrufen, um eine ungewöhnliche Situation zu lösen. Meister sind extrem inkompetent. Die Empfehlung für die Wartung des Garantiewagens betrug 2250 Euro (Ersatz von Bremsscheiben, Schuhen, Reifen). Später wurde festgestellt (in einem anderen zertifizierten Zentrum), dass alle angegebenen Knoten in Ordnung sind und nicht ersetzt werden müssen. Das Auto bleibt 2 Tage im Dienst! Die Gründe wurden nicht erläutert. Außerdem wurde die Überprüfung abgelehnt (ohne Vorlage einer Bestätigungskarte). Beschwert sich auf den Betrieb des Getriebes, Lärm der Lager der Naben wurden ohne Beachtung und Überprüfung verlassen. Es ist schade, einen solchen Service in der österreichischen Hauptstadt zu haben! Nachdem ich das Zentrum besucht habe, kann ich meinen Kollegen nicht mehr empfehlen, Autos von Mazda zu kaufen, und wegen des extrem schlechten Services bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob ich das Auto dieser Firma in naher Zukunft wählen werde.

The company was unable to conduct the repair of my car, because it was too large for their garage. However, they checked what was wrong to the extend they could and did not bill me a single cent. I ended up going to a different company for the repairs that can handle the car size. Giving 5 stars, as kfz Rainer could have billed me for looking at the car in the first place.

Before I had a bad experience with one of the workers at the Yamaha motorcycle department at the branch at danaustadt (1220wien) which stopped me for going there, but I decided to give them another shot and visited the other branch and I was astonished with the good customer services. Staff there are very helpful and very professional unlike the one at the 1220 District which is closed now.... The cashiers, staff at the spare part department, and those in the show room area were very professional and I left their with happy face. Keep the good work.....
