Schlosshoferstrasse / 11:00 / Wien: Die Mitarbeiter der Firma Pipetech, die an diesem Tag vor Ort zuständig waren, reagierten auf die Bewohner genervt, aggressiv, arrogant und äußerst unfreundlich. Müll wird einfach auf den Boden geworfen. Im Stiegenhaus wird auf den Boden gespuckt. Türen werden mit den Füßen aufgetreten.
Wieso lässt man sowas unqualifiziertes auf die Menschheit los ?
April 15. Schlosshoferstrasse / 11:00 / Vienna: The employees of Pipetech, who were responsible on site that day, reacted to the residents annoyed, aggressive, arrogant and extremely unfriendly. Garbage is simply thrown on the floor. Spit on the floor in the stairwell. Doors are kicked with your feet.
Why do you let go of something unqualified on humanity?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir können nur das Beste über diese Firma sagen. Wir hatten jeweils an einem Freitag ein Problem, 1x war 1 Heizkörper undicht, 1x hatte der Schlauch vom Geschirrspüler einen Riss. Andere Firmen würden wahrscheinlich Freitag vormittag keinen neuen Auftrag annehmen. Der Mitarbeiter mußte auch noch den entsprechenden Ersatzteil besorgen und war freundlich und kompetent - auch nach 12h !!!
Wir können Pipetech mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.
We can only say the best about this company. We each had a problem on a Friday, 1x 1 radiator was leaking, 1x the hose from the dishwasher had a crack. Other companies would probably not accept a new order on Friday morning. The employee also had to get the corresponding spare part and was friendly and competent - even after 12 o'clock!
We can recommend Pipetech with a clear conscience.
