Beratung und Abwicklung kompetent, lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Danke! I was allowed to test drive an electric scooter for the first time here in the spring, I was immediately convinced and after more than 1600km with my Niu I am still convinced that it was the right decision an e-moped for the city is simply a dream. Advice and handling competent, leaves nothing to be desired. Thanks!

Sehr empfehlenswert. Service, advice - great You can see the value of a company and the way it treats customers when something doesn't work, "bikemite" did everything right. Highly recommended.

Die Website ist ein bisschen "retro", aber nirgendwo sonst in Wien findet man eine so große Auswahl an Modellen. Eine Probefahrt kann ganz leicht vereinbart werden, das Team ist sehr nett und erklärt routiniert die Fahrzeuge. Ganz wichtig: als Frau wird man hier genauso ernst genommen und professionell beraten - zur Technik wie auch zu Förderungen! Die Auslieferung meines Rollers verzögerte sich leider seitens des Herstellers, hier war Herr Mairitsch sehr entgegenkommend und benachrichtigte mich regelmäßig. Alles in allem eine ganz klare Empfehlung für Bikemite! When I was looking for an e-scooter last year, I came across Bikemite and Mr. Mairitsch. The website is a bit "retro" but nowhere else in Vienna you will find such a wide range of models. A test drive can easily be arranged, the team is very nice and explains the vehicles in a practiced manner. Very important: as a woman, you are taken just as seriously here and receive professional advice - on technology as well as on funding! Unfortunately, the delivery of my scooter was delayed by the manufacturer. Mr. Mairitsch was very accommodating and informed me regularly. All in all, a very clear recommendation for Bikemite!

Ich habe mit Arno Mairitsch telefoniert, wir haben einiges besprochen, dann eine Probefahrt vereinbart und dann habe ich gleich zugeschlagen. Die Lieferung hat dann zwar - zum Teil wg. Covid - etwas länger gedauert - aber im Winterhalbjahr war das für mich verkraftbar. Die Abholung hat dann wieder super funktioniert, alles war vorbereitet und der Roller voll funktionsfähig. Von mir gibt´s für bikemite ebenfalls eine klare Empfehlung. I got the recommendation for bikemite from a friend. I phoned Arno Mairitsch, we discussed a few things, then agreed on a test drive and then I struck the deal straight away. The delivery then has - partly wg. Covid - took a little longer - but in the winter half of the year it was manageable for me. The pickup then worked great again, everything was prepared and the scooter fully functional. I also have a clear recommendation for bikemite.
