o	onetouch Alcatel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update : Wollte als 2. Anlauf eine Lenkererhöhung an mein Bike anbauen lassen. Der telefonische Kontakt war sehr freundlich und man hat sich Zeit genommen. Die Auskunft das der Anbau einer Standard Lenkererhöhung auf einem original Lenker 1h dauert und daher der volle Stundensatz zum Tragen kommt, hat mich dann doch veranlasst es selbst vorzunehmen, für dieses Vorhaben habe ich keine 20 min benötigt...für mich ist nun die Erkenntnis klar, dass ich dieses Geschäft nicht mehr aufsuchen werde. --- Habe ein Jahreservice machen lassen. Dabei wurde die Bremsflüssigkeit nicht gewechselt und 2 Dinge, die ich bemängelt habe, wurde vergessen einzustellen. Nach der Reklamation wurde alles bereinigt. Beim Bremsflüssigkeitsbehälter klebte aber noch eine Menge Bremsflüssigkeit, die Mechaniker sind hier denke ich etwas unter Zeitmangel. Trotzdem dürfen solche Dinge, vor allem bei einem Motorrad nicht passieren. Empfang und Gesamtabwicklung in Ordnung. Update: I wanted to add a handlebar riser to my bike as a second attempt. The telephone contact was very friendly and they took their time. The information that the installation of a standard handlebar riser on an original handlebar takes 1h and therefore the full hourly rate is applicable, then prompted me to do it myself, I didn't need 20 minutes for this project ... for me this is the insight it is clear that I will no longer visit this shop. --- Have an annual service. The brake fluid was not changed and two things that I criticized were forgotten to be set. After the complaint everything was cleaned up. But there was still a lot of brake fluid stuck to the brake fluid reservoir, I think the mechanics are a little lacking in time here. Nevertheless, such things should not happen, especially with a motorcycle. Reception and overall handling in order.

Ich dachte ich hab das richtige Motorrad gesehen und nahm 50 min Zeit durch den Wiener Verkehr auf mich um mir das Motorrad anzuschauen und es auch gleich zu kaufen. In 30 Min hat sich kein Einziger Verkäufer bemüht aufzustehen, zu grüßen gar nichts. Ich wollte schon laut fragen ob man hier nicht verkaufen will. Nach gefüllten 30 min bin ich gegangen da ich nichts berühren durfte, nichts probieren geschweige den probefahren. Fahrzeug Kauf geht anders. Gott sei dank habe ich kein Cent dort gelassen in retrospektive. Ganz ehrlich das ist das erste mal dass mir sowas passiert. I can't say much about the booth, but I won't buy anything there. I thought I saw the right motorcycle and took 50 minutes through Vienna's traffic to look at the motorcycle and buy it right away. In 30 minutes not a single seller tried to get up to greet nothing. I was about to ask out loud whether they don't want to sell here. After a full 30 minutes I left because I wasn't allowed to touch anything, not try anything, let alone the test drive. Buying a vehicle is different. Thank goodness I didn't leave a cent there in retrospect. In all honesty, this is the first time something like this has happened to me.

Ich habe sie am späten nachmittag vor dem Termin hingestellt und am nächsten Tag kurz nach mittag war auch schon wieder alles erledigt . Tolles freundliches Team, ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. With my FJR, the valve clearance control was due. I put it down in the late afternoon before the appointment and the next day shortly after noon everything was done again. Great friendly team, I can only recommend it.

A clutch spring was ordered for a 1996 XV 1100 and was available after 3 days. That is impressive! Many thanks to the friendly staff!

Als ich nach dem Model fragte wurde ich von einem völlig demotivieren “Verkaufsberater” angeschnauzt ( des Modell gibts ned, wo’s verstehen Sie ned an gibts ned ) . Nach einiger Diskussion wurde ich einfach des Geschäftslokals verwiesen?! Dass obwohl man einige Tausend Euro dort ausgeben möchte? Absolutes No-Go. Nach Intervention bei Yamaha Österreich wurde ich vom Filialleiter kontaktiert, welcher sich entschuldigte und mir einen Termin zur „persönlichen Beratung“ mit Vorführung anbot. Das war vor einigen Monaten. Gemeldet hat sich nie wieder jemand. —-> Jetzt hat mein Geld ein anderer Yamaha Händler bekommen und Rainer einen Kunden weniger. Absolut mieser Service! Wanted to buy a motorcycle and get advice on site. When I asked about the model, I was snapped at by a completely demotivated "sales consultant" (there isn't a model, you don't understand where it is). After some discussion, I was simply expelled from the business premises?! That although you want to spend a few thousand euros there? Absolute no-go. After intervention at Yamaha Austria, I was contacted by the branch manager, who apologized and offered me an appointment for a "personal consultation" with a demonstration. That was a few months ago. Nobody ever reported back. —-> Now another Yamaha dealer got my money and Rainer got one less customer. Absolutely lousy service!
