★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde die Kompetenz der Arbeiter einfach nur lächerlich, sie sind unhöflich, brauchen viel zu lange und zwingen den Kunden unnötige Reparaturen auf. Zudem wird man gleich angemault wenn man ein Motorrad kaufen will und nebenbei als Beispiel einen anderen Händler angibt, der ein Motorrad billiger verkauft und sagt, dass man doch gleich zu einem anderen Händler gehen solle.
 I find the competence of the workers just ridiculous, they are rude, take far too long and force unnecessary repairs on customers. In addition, you get complained about when you want to buy a motorcycle and, by the way, give another dealer who sells a motorcycle cheaper and say that you should go to another dealer right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte Probleme mit der Elektrik meiner Burgman- es ging absolut nichts mehr, nach 2 Stunden kam schon das SMS, beide Bremsichtrelais hatte es gleichzeitig erwischt, der Austausch war zwar ein wenig aufwendig aber rasch erledigt. Der Preis war auch perfekt, vielen Dank- super Team, immer eine große Freude.
Had problems with the electronics of my Burgman - absolutely nothing worked anymore, after 2 hours the SMS came, both brake light relays were affected at the same time, the replacement was a little complicated but quickly done. The price was also perfect, thank you very much - great team, always a great pleasure.

Ich möchte auch mal ein Lob an euch aussprechen. Ich bin seit Eröffnung eures Geschäftes Kunde bei euch und mein Schwager und ich haben schon einige Motorräder in der Bikecity gekauft. Klar kann es Wartezeiten bei der der Reparatur geben, allerdings wurde immer alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit erledigt.
Auch bei den Preisen für die neuen Motorräder seit ihr wirklich die besten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nett und hilfsbereit bei überraschenden Problemen. Sofortige Probefahrt möglich nicht Tagelanges warten. Schon einige Motorräder hier gekauft und immer bestens beraten und zufrieden gestellt. Einfach nur zum weiterempfehlen.
Very nice and helpful with surprising problems. Immediate test drive possible do not wait for days. Already bought a few motorcycles here and always well advised and satisfied. Just to be recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 WOCHEN gewartet damit man mir irgendeine Auskunft geben konnte was an meinem Bike überhaupt kaputt war. Ich habe mein Bike woanders hin gebracht zwecks Reperatur weil wenn die Auskunft schon 3 Wochen dauert wie lange wird dann wohl die Reperatur dauern? Dieses Risiko wollte ich beim besten willen nicht eingehen. Abgesehen von der Wartezeit durfte ich noch knappe €60,- für diese Auskunft bezahlen. Gemacht bzw. irgendwas ausgebaut wurde nichts am Bike. Danke für nichts, ich komme nie wieder!
Waited 3 WEEKS so that I could be given any information about what was broken on my bike. I brought my bike somewhere else for repairs because if the information takes 3 weeks, how long will the repair take? I didn't want to take that risk with the best will in the world. Apart from the waiting time, I was allowed to pay just under € 60 for this information. Nothing was done on the bike or anything was expanded. Thanks for nothing, I'll never be back!
