Then the guy said that our order was denied but we hadnt reveived any info on this. So basically we are left without a car and they dont have any transporters available in vienna right now. Not using them ever again
E	Eliane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have mixed Feelings about this car rental. We made a Reservation online, but when we came to Pick up the car it was not possible - because they had no cars there. Since i had to go to work, I had to organize someone to Pick it up later that Day. Here the staff was helpful and we were able to sign all documents beforehand, so that the car only needed to be grabbed later (by someone i added as a second driver). We then got a skoda oktavia, which was much better than we expected and the drop off was easy enough too. On the Bill later, a Fee of 60€ showed up - which was for them getting the car from the Airport to the Station (we were never informed about this Fee, nor did we know that the cars were stored at the Airport, since the Shop is at the train Station) . Would we have known this Fee applies, we would have bought a 3€ train Ticket to the Airports and picked it up ourselves.
C	Chote Lerts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is okay, staff at counter provided all information politely. (Picked a car on 25th December morning) None of any extra charge after return a car. Just keep a car clean with fuel tank full when return.

J	Javi Orts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some months after renting the car Avis charged me 2172.88 Eur without reason and explanation. After half a year of inquiries, paperwork, and layers I got them back, as it was a mistake from them. They were not collaborative at all.

And the man who was there was not helpful and freindly . That's not good to hear from avis ! Check place and get more cars in there Thanks .
