★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Apparently, in business class, 45 minutes left in the trip isn't enough time for the staff to hand over a bag of gummy bears, or plate a piece of cake. "Service is closed", is what he stated, but to me, after walking to the kitchen 45 minutes before our arrival after attempting to get a server's attention for 20 minutes, service didn't appear to ever have opened.
Do not recommend Regiojet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took the train from Prague to Vienna and jt was amazing. For 21 euro I had very nice and comfortable seats, and free water and coffee. The food on the train was cheap (1 euro for a crossaint, crisps 80 cent, Caesar salad 2.40 euro). I can highly recommend the regiojet train.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took tickets from Vienna to Bratislava with return tickets. the way to Bratislava was amazing, really warm and nice in the cold winter. Also got a hot drink for free. The way back was cold for us and didn't served hot drinks because the machine didn't work. You can play games or watch movies in the screens they have for each seat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled to Bucharest via Vienna. Though o enjoyed the little time I had in Vienna and found people helpful, I cannot say the same for the staff at the station. I was in tears as I had luggage and needed direction. No trolleys. I asked for the lockers. I was answered with a curt - downstairs. You need small change and it wasn't easy to change money. No lifts ... as suitcases can be dangerous on escalators. I could have used the lounge with my ticket. Noone told me. The only person who was agreeable to me was the one at the lounge. I was even shouted back.at because I couldn't understand Austrian or the accent at the information center. I even tried asking the security guard where I could leave my luggage because I needed the bathroom. Take them with you ... and he pointed to the number and there were more escalators ... felt bad
