Am besten fand ich, dass ich direkt mit Personen zu tun hatte, statt mit Internet-Robotern. Praktisch fand ich auch die Halbtagesmiete. I needed a van. The car was good and clean. Handling is easy and friendly. What I liked best was that I was dealing directly with people instead of with internet robots. I also found the half-day rental practical.

Ohne wenn und aber wurde mir gesagt, daß ich vorbeikommen kann und das wir das passende finden werden. Ich wurde top beraten und der Service war auch super. Und das alles zum super Preis. Man hat sich um mich gekümmert als ob ich ein langjähriger Stammkunde wäre. So einen TOP Service hat man selten. Ich kann Dr. Hartl Autoverleih nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal. I found out the day before that I had something to transport. I immediately called here and explained my situation. Without ifs and buts I was told that I could come by and that we would find something suitable. I received excellent advice and the service was also great. And all that at a great price. They took care of me as if I were a longtime regular customer. You rarely have such a TOP service. i can dr Hartl car rental only recommend. Thank you again

The people I talked to on the phone and at the office were very nice and helpful. I will definitely use their services again and avoid Sixt and other big companies in the future. The only thing which I didn't like was the big sticker on the rear window which obstructed my view a little.
